A few months ago I purchased a pair of het albino poss het pied ball pythons from Paul they arrived on time and in great shape. The male did not want to eat at first but he finaly started the female ate great then about 2 and a half weeks later she died no signs no symptoms nothing. I didnt know what to do so I called him and asked if he had been having any problems. He said every thing was fine and asked me about my husbandry and he said it sounded good so he didnt understand either then he offered to replace her i was exstatic. Most people offer live arrival and that is it this was over twoo weeks later and he offered to replace her. i go ther the other day and she is doing great. that is what customer service is. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again.
