If you have a photobucket.com account, you should take screen shots of the the email where he states that the snake has been sent, and provides the fake tracking number, upload them to photobucket, then provide a link to the screen shots in your PayPal replies. Don't play his game and ask him for proof of anything. All you need to do is post your own proof, and let PayPal sort it out.

When youre not disputing the claim in real time, Ryan, you need to get into your emails and you need to start screenshotting the emails where you send payment, where you state addresses and the reason for that, and then you need to send a big fat screenshot of the tracking number that he is supplying for you.
Then you also need to make mention that the paypal account that either Paul Kurnava/James McDermott is using is being used by TWO separate people, and if I remember correctly you cant do that (same as having two people use a world of warcraft account).

That will be fine for some time. Not too long. I keep them at 80F and add a small basking area of 90F and they do fine. I don't handle her too much but when you pick her up she will be clam and she doesn't bite or squirm at all.

I just called ups and they verified that the tracking number is invalid. Now, I'm giving one last opportunity to make sire this is done or made right. I will dispute my PayPal to you and post everything on the boi. I've had my TV off and no sound anticipating the ups guy may knock instead of the doorbell. Ups has not been here. It is now after 1030. If you want to save face either forward me the tracking info that says Ryan Carver received the package with the same tracking number as you gave me (and maybe we can chalk it up to a ups screw up) or send my money back and we will call it good and pretend this never happened

Need to screen shot him admitting ot using someone elses account, That right there will cancel the transaction once paypal sees it.
And if you paid with your Bank via paypal then contact them and they will reverse charges ASAP!

Im still dealing with paypal with my bank account. I can transfer from my bank account into paypal to send money, but I cant get my bank account verified to transfer money from my paypal into my bank account.

Way I have my paypal setup, I dont need money in it to send money. Paypal actually fronts the money, and takes it out of my bank 2-4 days later. But if the money you used came OUTof your bank, you can still file a claim with them to reverse it if paypal sides with him.

Thats exactly how it works when I want to send money. But, it wont let my put money I receive in paypal, and transfer it to my account

Unfortunately, he paid with funds that were already in his PayPal account.
