    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It is great and does work. I did try a search, Im thinkin I had to have typed the name wrong or something when I did a quick search early sunday morning. It was from my phone, so I could have spelled wrong.

Pretty much got the pertinent screenshots, I assume, and I posted these on the paypal dispute reply box. I have them saved on my computer and my photobucket.

Just a wait and see game now ??

As long as whoever's handling the PayPal claim actually takes the time read through everything, it'll be pretty hard to dispute the screenshots of the emails where he's claiming to have mailed the snake that you (supposedly) already picked up several days before.

Try not to get into too much of the back-and-forth argument game with him. He's likely just trying to spew a dazzling display of :icon_bs:, so that the really damning information gets lost in the crowd.
 
I almost emailed him and just went off, but I decided to bite my tongue. I find it funny that I was supposedly in Cleveland and pick up the snake, yet I get sent a tracking number. Interesting

People are banned only for not following the rules of the site. You cannot make the staff here judge of who is and who is not a scammer, that is too much liability.
I agree with linking the thread to the ads, and if people read the thread, they will make appropriate choices for themselves based on what they see.

There's no Liability here, The guy is proven to be scamming. With his comments on paypal and other ways of stealing pictures. I dont know how not being a proven scammer still gives one the right to post bogus ads.
 
regardless, we do not ban people for bad business practices, Lucille's post is spot on.

I also agree with the other comments that it's probably best not to respond anymore to the seller. One thing that seems to be the 'gotcha' to me (well, more than one, but the big one) is that he says you picked it up prior to the 12th. but on the 13th, he's emailing you saying "Okay. She is now on her way. You will get her first thing in the morning". Coffin. Nail. Done.

These are the two females he offered for 500 shipped for both. The bottom two pics are of the one female I was "supposed" to have gotten.
 
MODS: Should one of the rules be, "Thou shalt not rob other trusting members blind?" I can be banned for cursing or being argumentative, but not for screwing an honest member out of $300 plus. Not trying to be smart, but what is the liability? Its not like its a paid membership with unlimited rights.:angry:
