    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Paypal payment "under review"?

I just recieved a payment from someone via Paypal and it came with a notice that the payment was under review for my protection?The website was not very informative as to why this happened/what it means. Has anyone else had this happen?It is new to me.
 
It is a random security step Paypal takes for both the buyer and seller. It just happened to me about a month ago but I was the buyer. I never got notified about this, only the seller I was buying from got a notice just like you did. He then told me. I called Paypal and they said it was a random security check to make sure it was me using my account. Of course it was me and they had they payment go through the same day.

I would let the customer know and have them call Paypal to verify themselves.
