    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My usual site I order f/t from has been steadily going more and more out of stock on their rat selection.

I haven't ordered from any other site in a long time, but I don't think I can wait any longer to hear back from my usual place of business.

Would anyone please share their experience with purchasing from Perfect Prey? Preferably a review for a purchase from this year... :)
 
I'm a first time customer myself. Purchased my first order 2 months ago. I ordered packs of 1 fuzzies, 1 hoppers, 6 small adults. It was packaged really well and I'm really pleased with the quality. It had to wait outside for a few hours until I got home from work and it was still frozen solid when I unpacked it. My babies haven't missed a meal so far *fingers crossed* and I like to think the quality was a factor. If you have any questions let me know. I can show you a picture of the packs too.

Oh and I forgot to mention that I put down the wrong shipping address and when I called them they changed it without any problems. Customer service was impeccable

I received an order from Perfect Prey less than a month ago. As usual, everything was perfect with the order and it even included a hand written thank you note. I feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone.
 
I've received three shipments from them so far this year. As I've come to expect from the folks at perfectprey, excellent product every time. I've been ordering from them almost exclusively for the last couple years and the packaging and quality has been consistent throughout.
 
I got an order 2 weeks ago and everything was perfect, as usual. I only order mice from them though, I have never ordered/needed rats.
 
Ordered from them a few times (frozen rats and mice) and never had any issues, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
 
They are on the pricier side, but ship orders quickly (if you order on the weekend, it goes out that week), and the packing and quality of the rats I've received have been great!
 
They have the cleanest rodents of anywhere I've ordered from. I am on the east coast, so the shipping from them to me usually isn't bad. I do order from other places when the specials are too good to pass up, but quality wise they are my favorite supplier.
 
I agree with everyone else on this thread. I started ordering from them last year and they've been my go-to ever since. Everything is always very clean, well packed and ships right on time. I won't go anywhere else! :)
 
Been using Perfect Prey exclusively for years now.
Tried other companies over the years but the quality and customer service doesn't hold up Perfect Prey.
 
Well this is a couple months old but thought I'd interject my thoughts on Perfect Prey. I've been using them for years now and I will never use anyone else ever. I will tell you a story about a situation where a friend had lost her job and she had quite a bit of reptiles to feed, rent to pay, etc. So a few of our friends got together and the something money in the pot to order some mice for and have it sent to her. In return, they gave us a discount for being such good friends and helping her out they decided to help out as well. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that. I've had a few other experiences with them and every one of them have been great! There was an incident where they were out of inventory in a certain size of mice that I really needed so I called them and they just so happened to have some in the back freezer that they added to the site so that I could put in the rest of my order. Now that's what I call customer service. Perfect Prey ROCKS!
 
Bit late but I have nothing but good words for the men at perfect prey, everything is clean and nicely sent out. Never had any issues and I continue to purchase them to this day. They even give you nice pens :)
 
Worth the time to pile on this thread with how pleased I have been with every order I've made through them. It's such a smooth transaction through their website that I wouldn't even consider another source at this point.
