Nuisance lawsuit are the bread and butter of most animal rights groups.I think that PETA is going to have a very tough time proving their case. This is really nothing more than a nuisance lawsuit, IMHO.
The goal isn't to win, it's to drive up Zoo Med's legal costs and force them into bankruptcy, or at least increase their insurance premiums/cost of doing business. It's no different than the lawsuits against gun manufacturers for criminal misuse of their products.I think that PETA is going to have a very tough time proving their case. Ahhh PETA,
I really don't get em, if animals weren't meant to be eaten, why did God make them out of meat??
I have to agree with PETA on this one.. I love Zoomed and think they're one of the best, but they do recommend enclosures that are WAY TOO SMALL..

And if a company gives out obviously conservative information, they should be sued, huh? Clothing sizing, servings per box of cereal, MPG on cars, etc, etc, etc. Should we sue them all?
Should AZA-class enclosures be legally mandated for all captive animals? Because "agree(ing) with PETA" entails that, since that will be a stop on the train that leads to prohibition of all animal ownership.
