    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

pretty sick

I've really come to dislike this group. I know a lot of hunters and i really find it hard to believe that they and other people are as evil as PETS says. I mean, they think all birds and reptiles and fish should not be pets. While I understand the reaction one can have to abused exotics, making things illegal without questioning or trying an alternative is simple minded. Most people I have met in the group are ok, but the fact that they belong to such a group makes me automatically wary.

I hope more people find out so no one ever drops off their pets there!
 
Considering their kill rate for '06 I think it was, was around 97.3% euthanised, and only around 12 animals out of the tens of thousands they 'rescued' were adopted out. The President of Peta.. Ingrid whatever-her-last-name-is, did admit to going in before the facility opened, and just putting the animals they had down. It's pretty sick. :(

The Virginia Government recently pushed to rename it a slaughterhouse, rather than a shelter or rescue from what I understand, as well.

That would be WONDEFUL! i suppose some cows can survive a slaughterhouse if someone adopted them too... just sickening.
