    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

That's not the grip I use when handling venomous herps, but that is not free handling, which he has admitted to. I wish that local authorities whether F&G or local law enforcement were not so apathetic to obvious lawbreaking. It seems like it would be so easy to prove that this guy is keeping hots illegally, in his apartment. He claims he got rid of the ones he had, but no doubt that was temporary, while the "heat" from his past stupidity (which is actually always current in one form or another :rofl: ) blew over. It also seemed like a no brainer that they could have easily nailed him on the original illegal activities, ie. illegal selling of native wildlife, illegal shipping, etc. as he admitted to it in writing. It seems that unless F&G can get on the news with their rubber snake "stings" in Whitewater, or spend millions on a sting to nab two or three people they don't care. Now he has current photos of a (self admitted captive*) Rattlesnake, on yet another website. Still polluting other sites, still flaunting stupidity, still an idiot. Oh well.

*note; I'm not against keeping of venomous herps, when done legally and responsibly, neither of which would seem to apply to Pete.
 
I think that ANY handling without the use of tools is freehandling.

I think lil' petey is stupid.

I'm hopeful that he'll remove himself from the genepool soon.

Afterall, how long can if be before he hooks up with bruce/harry/noah eisenmann and gets some cobras? It's got to be in the works.

Well, crap. Maybe that's one (of many) of Pete's idiocy's I can't say anything about. I always considered "freehandling" where you pick up a venomous animal without "restraining" the head, like you would a harmless snake. Over the past 30 years, with a snake hook, I've pinned and picked up dozens of Crotalus. Nowadays, if I have (or need) to get up close and personal, I can usually use tubes.
