Another rare species of phrynosoma - P. orbiculare is available. I have 3 males for sale. They are from a good friend in Germany who produced them himself. They are captive born and bred and very healthy. I received them the week of September 19th so they have over a solid month of acclimating to being on US soil after their long trip. They will eat harvester ants, 1/8th inch crickets and they especially relish newborn dubia roaches. I'm sure they would take fruit flies and bean beetles as well. Although I don't recommend it they will also take tiny (freshly shed) mealworms as well. This species likes a bit more humidity than their Northern counterparts, but they are very hardy and absolutely awesome looking in person.
Anyone who buys one and wants a female in the future will be put on a waiting list for the next time I am able to get females from my friend in Germany. He is still breeding and producing them.
I will be particular about who these lizards end up with, so please provide me with some information about your experience with horned lizards when replying to this ad. I will try to check my fauna messages, but the best way to reach me is to email [email protected] or to call or text (208) 580-HERP.
Price is $275 each plus actual shipping costs
