In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Here's a pic that shows off some of this years amel fatties and how much the color on these guys changes in just over the course of a month or two.

The male on the top is about 4 months old while the two other females are only 2 months old. I expect the females to intensify over the next month or two just like this male and his clutchmate did.

Here's a pic of the male's clutchmate.

Those are beautiful Robert! The male in the top picture is amazing at only 4 months old. I just love fat-tails…………….:D

Keep up the great work!

hey rob i seen that striped male amel you had at the white plains show how many do you think you will produse this year i am looking to get into them thanks Billy

Thanks for the kind words Cody. Billy, I have a couple females available right now, but I just sold my last male. I plan on breeding 4 fat tail females at the end of August. The offspring should be available by January.

Hi Robert
Nice fat tails. I sold most of mine for knob tails but I still have few. This is one of the babies, of course the best looking one, :D , but at only about 1 month old now. Hope it will turn out to be a male.

Great looking fat tails Alberto! I'm selling all of my offspring to fund my Daytona trip :D How much does that fattie in the second picture weigh? He looks like friggin Godzilla, lol.

Those are beautiful Alberto! The mother and her offspring are so red. You should have made more room so you could keep all the fatties and knob tails. You know us reptile people have the amazing talent to fit items in small spaces. LOL.

Hi Cody,
To be honest it was more about funding the knob tails and the time involved in the care of all those geckos. I also had a nice group of crested that I sold out of and I would really love to get some satanic leaf tail geckos , but as of now it will be a very bad idea because I would not be able to properly care for all of them. Here is a pic of the red baby crested I produced.
Alberto
PS There will never be too many to own, only too many to care for :)

alberto i love those little cresteds it is a shame you had to get out of them those were awsome maybe someday i to will get into cresteds but there are to many things on my plate to get into and not nowhere near enough money so money is my issue not time but amel fatties is definatly my next project when i get more money that group i got from you set me hard for a while but it will all be worth it in the end

LOL....... I forgot about the funding part. I bet those knob tails were a pretty penny. When you start producing many knob tails and selling them you’ll be able to fund many projects. :)

WOW!! Those are the reddest crested geckos I’ve ever seen! That is a shame you had to sell them. I would love to get some cresties but I have to somehow squeeze another rack in my room. :D It’s possible……..
