    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have no idea what they are....the guy I got them from didn't say and I just thought they were cut. As you can tell I don't know a thing about them but I'm learning. Even though they are from the same clutch they are totally different colors...Costello has some really nice colors in him and Abbott is just kind of grey...but he has the most personality.

there isnt a darn thing wrong with being a beginner herper, we all started out somewhere! Heck I just got into beardie about 2 yrs ago so I am still new compared to like Vicky Dachiu, Mike shoemaker, sara gatto and a bunch of other top notch breeders on here, thing is people on here help instead fo critisize you for doing something you odnt know much about! I hope you enjoy them both for year sto come and like many new comers here on fauna I tell, welcome to the world of bearded dragons- gods most beautifully created lizard!! :)

Thanks Debra. I have been interested in Bearded Dragons for years...after I held one at a friends house and saw just how smart and cute they were. The way I use to work I knew I could never give it the time and attention one would need. Now I work from home so I'm here all the time. Was only planning on getting one and made the mistake of taking my husband with me...He had to have one too. I hope they are actually 2 females so they can stay together..but what are the odds of that. We do home improvements so this winter when work is slow my husband is planning on making a couple of nice big cages for them. I find them so intresting. I'm just glad I found this site so I can ask questions and get first hand experience answers.

Thanks again

Well you came to the right place for informatioin.....keeping them together would be ok but ONLY IF THEY R THE SAME SIZE AND LETTING EACH OTHER EAT, if you ever notice one not getting its turn to eat then you might have to seperate them anyway. Its good that you work at home, that way you can watch them all the time and see what they do all the time. Just make sure with the custom cages you guys make it a good size for them to grow in but not grow out of...about the size of a 75 gallon tank woudl do it for them or if they can be kept together one the size of a 125 gallon would work ok. We have ours in 55 gallon tanks with screen tops but I do believe we r moving up sooner or later since most of ours is growing out of them. From the looks of the pitures they might be crossed with a sanfire due to the fact of the colors of the bars and stuff on their back. Get a book called THE BEARDED DRAGON MANUAL it has very good source of info in it and it also has people who have bearded dragons asking questions abou things such as " my baby looks sick what coudlit be" type stuff so you might want to check into it. I read the book probably twice and is what has made my knowledge of them pretty high for being a bieginner owner...plus comignon here is a HUGE help when a book doesnt have you answer.It has a bearded dragon on the front and its authored by reptillian vets and breeders. One author in it is PHILIPPE DE VOSJOLI. But go tto your local pet shop or library and they might have one or just go to amazon.com and try to find it there it costs about $15. GREAT INFO BOOK!

Oh they are so cute. Congrats on your new babies. I am pretty new at having Beardies also. I got 2 sisters from SunshineDragons born on 3/17 of this year and then bought a male born on 4/26. Everyone here on Fauna have helped me out a lot. I am still learning and they still answer all my questions. Good luck with your little darlings. :wavey:
