• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I don't know if you can tell with the pictures but she is really thin I left a fuzzy in the cage with her but she stayed on the other side, we have a rack and monitor the temps and she is in a 16qt sterlite container. if any one has any other suggestions I am open to it.

A stable enviroment is good. How long has she been in the rack? Does she have a hide? I would suggest a crazy live hopper mouse late at night, after 11pm. The crazier the hopper the better. You can drop in a pellet or dog food for the mouse. If she has not eaten by morning, remove the mouse and try again that night or the next night.

We got her last night (we do not know her previous circumstances) we were told she has not eaten,she does have a couple of hides and the temp is maintained, the person said he had her with the fuzzy and she would not eat for him at all, I don't know how long he had her, took to the vet she is clear of any parasites or ri just going to leave her alone for a week and try to feed her.

One thing that might be worth trying is to scent the hopper with various other rodents like gerbils. Your local pet store probably won't mind if you scoop out a little gerbil bedding from one of their tanks. Put the hopper in the bedding for a while so the gerbil scent rubs off on it. If that doesn't work try feeding it a small gerbil or hamster. I don't know if it works for balls but I've seen it work on retics. Good luck.

settle in

I bet if she gets herself settled in after a few days of proper care(now that you have her) she might eat.Please do not leave your snake unattended with a hampster or gerbil(to the post above mine) as they are very mean and will kill a snake.When i was doing rescues i come across a few that were left with gerbils and it was very sad as to what happened to the snake.Keep us posted on her progress
