So, I have a new pine snake baby, and I'm worried that the humidity in his enclosure is too high. It's around 55%-57%, which is the ambient humidity in my apartment (yay Miami humidity lol). I can't seem to find a straight answer about what the humidity levels need to be from the caresheets I've read - one said between 40% and 60%, another said below 50%, and most just say 'low' - so I wanted to ask here to see if anyone had a definite answer for me.
If it is too high, I'll invest in a heat lamp + stand or something instead of an UTH to dry out the air, but I'm tight on funds and I don't want to do that if it's not necessary.
