In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Pixel Pied x Black Pastel Pied update

I love to see someone actually trying them on frozen! I try to only buy snakes the feed frozen and it sucks when the majority of snakes I look at to possibly buy have only been fed live -_- Better yet, being fed live MICE. Not even rats, MICE!

I do everything I can to start them and keep them on frozen. :) I find it's easier with hatchlings they tend to not know any better.

I do have one adult male who would literally rather die than eat anything other than a live mouse. Sigh. I keep trying with him.

That's great :) I'm not currently breeding but when I do in the future I will also try to start them on frozen.

Haha! I'm currently trying to switch two live mice eaters to frozen. Very stubborn little guys.

Who do you think is the first baby that's gonna shed? :D

Ball pythons love to be picky!

The first four babies have all shed (that's why I started feeding). The fifth one that took longer to hatch is deep in the blue. :)

It is great that you do this. I do the same. :)

Wonderful to hear about the couple of young'uns having eaten. I have faith that the others will come around, to eating, as well.

....

Thanks! Yeah that last black pastel is funky! That one stays with me! I know the male has thrown pixel in the past so I'm thinking just 'bad' odds. Heehee.

Add Oorah to the list of eating babies! Sykes is striking and biting the f/t out of fear but not coiling or eating yet. They all have hides and Sykes is never in the hide but s/he huffs and puffs when I open the container at all. Left the pink in there to see if we just need some 'alone' time.

Semper still hasn't shed, I will do new pics once everyone is shed out!

Semper shed and he's amazing!!

I am really liking the two scales of white in his gray spot. Perhaps a little 'pixel'? ;)

Well three out of five are champion eaters on f/t. The other two are striking the f/t out of obvious fear not hunger. Any tips on these two?

They are in 6 quart tubs, aspen, flower pot water dish as a hide. I try to open the tub as little as possible and use really long tongs.

I have tried braining the fuzzy.
