Lee,
I really think that the majority of the substance of this thread has been hashed out (Al doesn't owe you anything, but I think he's willing to help a little when some proof offered by you is forthcoming). However, there is one issue that I need clarified for myself.
You keep writing things like, "I told my card company that the two were dead on arrival same as I told you," and "I know you are a good guy but I did recieve two dead snakes!"
However, you also wrote to Al in your emails, "I recieved them today and all but one seem to be fine. He is not moving or
breathing his tongue is not longer flickering either." Now, it is not even clear from this that one of the snakes is actually dead (I will admit though, that "not breathing" is a pretty good indication of death!), but even if it was dead at that point, the fact that you said he was "not longer" flicking his tongue implies that he once was, but then had since ceased. This seems as if the snake was not DOA, but was alive and then died in your care. Notice also that you said, "all but one seem to be fine." That means that the other snakes were ABSOLUTELY alive upon receipt (or do you consider DOA to be "fine"?). This is confirmed by your other email which read, in part, "I am not expecting to pay for a dead snake." See that? "[A] dead snake;" not "two dead snakes." You are talking in the singular there, my friend.
Now, were the snakes alive or dead when they arrived to you? Everything you initially wrote seem to suggest that they were all alive, and all but one of them were "fine." That one subsequently died, and you were upset. OK, but they were sold to you with the knowledge that two were problem feeders. Then another died, but that had to have been after some time had passed, or you would have mentioned it in your intial emails. I am assuming that you are telling the truth about both animals being now dead, but that's as far as I an go with you here, Lee.
I would never do it, but I understand why you are lying about the two snakes being DOA. Your credit card company will reimburse you for the shipment if you did not get what you ordered, but if you did and THEN they died, you're on your own. If I order a lamp and it comes broken, they'll refund me, but if I break it . . .too bad for me. So, you're lying to your credit card company, and to keep everything as straight as you can, you're now lying to Al and all of us (It's like Mama used to say, "Oh, what a tangled web we weave . . .").
All of this being the case, the following statement posted by you just makes me laugh! "I never lie and I wont start now!!" You EITHER lied to AL when you said they were all fine but one, OR you lied to him, the credit card company, and us when you say that two were DOA. Whichever it is, you lied. There's just no way around that.
