    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello, I got my first ball python a couple months ago from a lady on craigslist. She was a breeder and didn't tell us much about the snake except that it might be het for yellowbelly or something like that. Please help me and tell me if he is or not! Thankyou

1) This post will likely be moved to a more appropriate place in the forum. This section is for questions/comments about the site and it's construction.

2) Congratulations on your new baby. There is no such thing as "het for yellowbelly." Yellowbelly is a dominant trait, so there are no hets. The "super" form of yellowbelly is an ivory, which is a white snake. Some people refer to yelloebelly's as "het for ivory," but they are actually their own morph with their own specific color and pattern.

3) You do not have a yellowbelly. That appears to be a normal ball python.
