possible het pied??

hey guys/gals my names shane , i just recently got into ball pythons. ive had a redtail boa for the past 6 years. so snakes arent exactly new to me but the python species deff is.


i recently rescued a 920g male..the owners were moving and couldnt take it with them. i was told it was a het pied. the owner had no proof of this but it was free so..why not?? i may have saved him!

i took this pic of the tail near the vent, what do you guys think?? het pied??

im asking all of you because like i said im new to pythons, and if soo this would be a bonus besides the free snake!!

Sure, It could be.. has the markers.. Then again it could be het hypo, clown, albino... Do I go on??

But it does have the markers so worth a shot. good luck

might or might not be markers, our black pastel has the same markers yet is not known to be a het pied

Only way to find out is to take him to a female pied or het and see what pops out! Good luck with him!
