    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

We have been contact regarding Fauna Classified and it's members. After careful investigation we have notice several companies and individuals are being personal attack by members of this forum.

We are assigning legal experts to review each thread on this forum. Individuals or company that have received negative post will then be contacted and ask to join in both class action and civil law suit against Fauna Classified and certain members for their loses.

The webslaves request of everyone signing their first and last name is really good. This will allow us to find people much easier.

I hate to be so negative, but you would think a "legal Secritary" could speak/write english a little better.  Your grammar leaves a bit to be desired.

On the other hand, how would it be "illegal" to make public any deals where people have been lied to, cheated out of money, cheated out of snakes, threatened while trying to resolve the matter PRIOR to coming to this board, etc?  I am not a "legal Sec.", but if I am not mistaken, if one has written emails from another party stating what the deal consists of, how could the one posting the "negative" posts be sued?  

I am curiious what this boards own "Detective" will find regarding where this thread originated.  IF by chance it came from a law office, and I know PLEANTY of attorneys, I would think they would have NO trouble including their address and phone number of their place of business at the end OR even the beginning of any formal letter such as this.

I will say that there are threads out there that get a little carried away, but the bottom line IN MOST cases, facts are facts.  Being election day, I suppose any candidate for public office can sue it's competition for going on local/national television and stating horrible things about it's opponent in a race for office?  GIVE ME A BREAK.

I know PLEANTY of people who have had "negative" posts put on here about them and it INCREASED business.  In the case that business was hurt by any certai post, I would think that the "evidence" was overwhelming and the jury (in this case their fellow herpers) had spoke.  

Lastly, how do you PROVE that business had declined.  Can the people give FACTUAL EVIDENCE that they could no longer sell snakes or reptiles.  Maybe they just did not have something others were looking for.  Maybe their price was too high.  Maybe they only sold once or twice a year and WERE HOBBIESTS who never had a legitamate "business" to begin with.  I just think there are alot of "lose strings" here to be threatening a lawsuit.

Yep, it seems there's another wannabe who's only legal expeience comes from watching Matlock reruns. These schmucks are getting tiresome.

To begin with, the grammer is poor- as many people have picked up on. Even the salutation is botched.

Secondly, the tenor of the post gives it away as coming from someone with no legal experience whatsoever.
