Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hard for an American too! Trying to read and decipher that mess is excruciating. I really hope this all ends up in your favor. Chris Keeney will be avoided like the plague that he is.

I'm still trying to understand what he's saying but to me this sounds like he's admitting he didn't pay for all of the snakes.

He's not the brightest bulb, I'm pretty sure that's an admission of guilt. You should get a copy of that email with proof that it was sent from his email address and give it to your lawyer.
 
Chris Keeney is gettin9g desperate. Its been 1 day and he has changed his sale ad on KS from $11,300 for pair to $7850.

He is trying to move these animals because he knows he hasnt paid for them. Yes he did admit to it in the email but then tried to cover it up by sending Eabele $1300 and saying that was balance due which it wasnt.

He has probably paid for 2 maybe 3 raptors with the money he has sent Eabele so far, but thats far from paying full amount due for 16.

Eabele knows for sure.

BTW Eabele he was supposed to split shipping cost with me but instead lied about cost and had me cover it all.

True. He also states that he did not want the snakes and still doesn't.
If that were true, why did he not hand over the snakes, when Eabele came to the U.S. in an effort to collect the snakes, and continues with efforts to keep the snakes. Including no effort, toward communication with Eabele, to resolve this. Makes no sense if he truly did not, and does not, want the snakes.

Yep, if he did not want those snakes anymore, he could've handed then over. I have told him I was in his town. I've travelled for 24 hours and have been in his street, the deputy sheriff talked to him twice, but he didn't want to return the snakes.

He had paid 11,400 total. This includes the money Kevin paid him, around $6,000 if I remember correctly. The money he paid himself won't even cover for 1 male Raptor.

It may be that a number of KS shoppers have seen this thread here and are now wary and will not buy at any price. They realize that if Keeney does not have legal title/rights to these snakes he cannot transfer rights/title by selling, and subsequent buyers may possibly be out both snakes and money when all the dust settles.

Kevin, I have a suggestion: Forward the following excerpt from the rules of the BOI (available for perusal at the top of this forum page) to Chris. You yourself cannot remove these comments.

Yes, there certainly can be libelous messages posted here and yes, you may be able to prove it. But you have to prove it FIRST, and provide a court order to me before I will remove a message from this BOI. Prior to this happening, all I have to go on is your word against another's.

Also, please bear in mind that threatening to, or following through with, filing a lawsuit against either the webmaster here (me) or anyone else posting on this message board carries substantial risks to yourself. Such an action will most certainly be made very public, and the public backlash will quite probably be much more than you had bargained for. More than likely, the damage to you or your business from initiating such an action will be far, far greater than the original cause of your finding a reason to contact an attorney in the first place. This has already happened once, and the person whom initiated the threat of a lawsuit not only became the target of a boycott, but every one of his business's customers were targeted for a boycott as well. This will be very dangerous ground for you to be walking on.

Rich is very fair, and if one follows the rules and treats him with respect, a nice person. But when some fool comes on here huffing and puffing, acting like a jerk and threatening legal action, they might be apt to get on his wrong side. That's not a good place to be.

I'd tell him to take me to court. It is my opinion that those who threaten legal action will not follow through.

I am glad he is having problems selling stolen snakes.

I got a point violation by admin for posting my last posts screenshots via the tapatalk app. Saying i am in violation of policy.

Am i? If so how am i supposed to do it then because i received about 8 texts from Chris i want to share in regards to this matter.

I dont want my account suspended or something because i share screenshots through the tapatalk app. I cant do it on my PC
