    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hype or not? :rofl:

Well, I was home visiting family, and my youngest son had purchased one and was testing it on us all.

When it came my turn and I was tested and asked did I feel anything different, I had to say, "No." Honestly, the power of suggestion is very strong on the feeble minded...:rofl::rofl:

Completely psychosomatic. If you believe in your majic feather, then you can fly. The people "testing" these on the public to show how well they work use very old tricks to make it seem real. It's all leverage and angles.

The ones you see advertising on tv are the best examples. Just watch when they do things like pull down on someone's arm to show the "balance". Pulling slightly out makes someone stumble, pulling slightly towards a person's center steadies them. Physics, that work exactly the same no matter whether you've got a braclett or a majic feather.

Exactly! :rofl: I thought that I raised my son better than to fall for "sleight of hands" tricks!:rofl:

You mean my feather won't allow me to fly? :crap:

Just another gimmick that made someone millions. Now the Snuggie... THAT'S an invention! :rofl:

I bet he was so excited too huh?! I'm sure he'll think twice the next time he wants to you to test something else!
My sister in law works for this company and deals with the contracts for the athletes who promote it. I lead a pretty active lifestyle, so she gave me one as a gift (which I've never used). I didn't have the heart to bring up the fact that these bracelets were professionally tested & miserably failed the double-blind test in Australia.

:rofl: Actually, my son is one of the few people that prefer to hear the truth when asked a question or an opinion (I've been blessed).:thumbsup:

I don't know about flying..that's a physical movement...but whoever fooled you into purchasing the feather on the "belief" that it would fly can probably also make you believe that you flew! LMAO...such is the "Power of Suggestion.":rofl:
