• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Winston....Today is a NEW day! Don't worry about the past! Today is the PERFECT day to start doing everything the way it's SUPPOSED to be! (NOT saying you didn't do that before)...all the old stuff will come out in the wash eventually...when (and if) you get some negativity from this VERY GUTSY thread...deal with it...but, from now on...NOBODY should be getting a BAD GUY post...at least not the people on THIS SITE!! Usually, everybody and their dogs are up in the BOI tearing into someone over bad dealings. So I'd say that you are obviously doing something right if no one, besides me *lol*, is harassing you. I sell many different types of reptiles specially snakes and lizards. I just want to start a thread for future reference just incase someone wants to check up on me or anything.  But thanx for all your comments

You don't need a good guy thread to show you are an individual that takes his business seriously. Check the BOI for references on the Barkers, Ralph Davis or the Sutherlands. Let me know how many you find. I recently bought a ball python from Ralph. Needless to say I am more than happy with the purchase. Could you imagine something more ridiculous than starting a good guy thread on him? Why do you think that is?

Just do your homework every day and make sure you get more A's than D's. Most importantly yet, when you do, don't brag about it.

Well I'm not Bragging about it Daniel, I mean yes you don't find threads about Bob Clark or Ralph Davis, and many of the big breeder because they are an established business. But a lot of times dealing with small breeder you need to be cautious. I thought I sold some people animals from the BOI and I thought I could get a feed back from them to let me know how they felt about the dealing. and also as I said this is for future references. I havent purchased or sold anything to Winston, and I think Ive only met him once at a Reptile show in WPB, but he seems like a nice guy.  I also read a lot of his posts here and besides a lot of talk of Intoxication and Nudie bars(lmao) he seems well educated on his Reptiles too!  
Anyhow look forward to the Orlando show! see ya there...Mike

I haven't purchased anything from Winston but he has purchased from me.  I can tell you his checks have all cleared <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>   That's says something about him anyway.  He does have some pretty stuff.  The only thing that concerns me, is his addiction to Hooters.  I don't know, maybe just REALLY likes chicken wings <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

Winston,   We will be vendoring at the Orlando show and are up for pretty much anything.  We also live in near by Titusville (only 45 min away).  So we are close to do anything on either night or day.  Islands of Adventure does rock for sure and that definetly sounds good, im not sure about the articles there, or if they have chicken wings but it would be fun lol.  Take it easy and we'll see ya at the show!!!!!!!!   Mike and Erica

I've been dealing with herps for about 10 years although I must admit on a fairly small basis until about 3 years ago.  I confess, I have never heard of the Sutherlands or Ralph Davis.  Actualy that is not entirely true, I have seen the names in print a couple of times but for the life of me I have no idea what they breed.  So if I bought from either of them and posted a GOOD GUY thread, you're saying I would look like an idiot.

I guess i'll just hold all my GOOD GUY posts from now on.  Wouldn't want people getting the wrong idea.

Steve, excellent post,  I too have been doing this for ten years and have never heard of the Sutherlands.  Ralph Davis I just heard of last week.  I guess it just all depends where one's interests lie.  So post all ya want,  we'll take more (info that is).

Well you may both be right. My interest lies mainly with ball pythons and that's why I assumed they were known to most of you. Anyways both Ralph Davis and the Sutherland's (Ball python.com) are among the sponsors of kingsnake.com. I just stated my opinion.

Daniel,  I reread my post and the last line sounded a bit sarcastic,  I appologize I'm sure you weren't offended but I probably could have worded it better.

I will add both dealers to my ball python list in case I ever get the nerve to buy one of them there albinos, or if a Leucistic version ever comes out and I win the lottery.
