$175 Cash and Carry in Fort Collins, CO
Veiled Female Chameleon with full setup for sale in Fort Collins, CO. We purchased this from flchams.com back in December 2014 which would make this female Chameleon about 20 months old and the kids have lost interest. This was one of their premium chameleons which they sell for $99 / each plus about $30 overnight shipping charges.
The chameleon used to be handled daily and was very tame but now only infrequently handled. If someone would start handling her again on a daily basis she would be a great pet. We took her out today and she was great with the neighborhood kids.
Here's what is included and just want to make sure she goes to a good home:
1. Cage. This is a high quality custom made cage with dual doors. Its made out of a heavy duty 1" square t-slot industrial anodized aluminum. The material used to build the cage was probably around $300 plus a weekend to cut using a metal cutting bandsaw and assembly. Don't mistake this for one of those cheap cages!
2. Monsoon RS400 mister. Best automated mister for the money. Just set it up and forget about it. These list around $75.
3. Numerous UVA / UVB / Heater lamps, multi-outlet and timers. Over $100 worth of lights and timers.
4. Small cricket cage $15
5. Few misc. items like vitamin powders and several vines shown in photo. $50
6. Large tweezers (not shown). $8
7. Two small books: Chameleons, A complete pet owners manual by Barrons. Jackson's and Veiled Chameleons, Facts & Advice on Care and Breeding by Barron's. Both books in good condition. I believe these cost about $20 for the two books.
This is easily a $500 to $600 setup. Only $175 cash-and-carry with the catch is you must pick up in Fort Collins, CO. Great deal for a local buyer!
