i just started collecting T's a few weeks ago but , i have been working in a large petshop in the reptile department for quite a while and have been doing alot of research on them since i have to deal with them on a daily basis at work . i had been wanting to get a couple for a while , and finally took the plunge with my first T a couple weeks ago . i got a chaco golden (Grammostola aureostriata) . it's sling so i figure i got lots of years ahead with it .
i've been enjoying the first one so much i got 2 more tonight . i picked up a tawny red baboon (still havent figured out the latin name yet) and a sunburst baboon ( also havent got the latin on this one) . the tawny is also a sling , but the sunburst is about 3 inches .
thought i'd post some crappy pics of all three of them here for those who are interested .
first is the chaco . sorry it's so blurry , but my camera stinks and is very near sighted .
next is the tawny red . also blurry for the same reasons .
last but far from least is the sunburst . pics are a little better as this one is much bigger .
here are there houses for now .
chaco
tawny red
and sunburst
hope yall enjoy .
