    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

In lieu of adding to an outdated thread, I have started another in commendment of ProExotics.com. We recently purchased a baby monitor from them (which we picked up in person) and it turned out to be a magnificent animal indeed. I dealt with, of course, Robyn (via e-mail) and Ollie (via storefront). Both were more than glad to answer any questions I had about the monitor, and Robyn did a very thorough after-sale follow-up. I am extremely satisfied with the entire transaction and certainly plan to buy from them again in the future.
 
Robyn and Ollie are both GREAT guys! I have dealt with them so many times and thats actually where I got my first Ball Python 8.5 years ago!!! Pro has some great animals that are cared for extremely well. I have been a customer for over 8 years and will be for a long time!!

Just had to report again on what a great bunch of people Pro Exotics is run by! We purchased three more live animals from them and dealt with Robyn during the majority of the internet transaction. Our e-mail happened to have some major glitches over the past few days (without our knowledge) and Robyn bent over backwards to contact us (instead of letting the sale go to the next interested party) as he knew we really wanted these animals.

When we arrived at the store (Robyn let us drop by during non-retail hours), we were greeted by his wife who was also very pleasant to deal with and some other familiar faces. After allowing us to look the monitors over, Ollie bagged our animals for us and included two heat packs with them for the ride home (it is currently below freezing in Denver) even though we are only located fifteen minutes away.

Once again, GREAT customer service and fore-thought to well-being of the animals. It kinda goes without saying that we will not hesitate to do business with the gang at Pro Exotics again in the future!
