• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

has anyone done any business with pro reptiles? they have/had an ad. on kingsnake. they claim they would get CITES in order and arrange shipping in 3-4 days to U.S. i ordered a pair of boas on Feb 29. to this day I still don't have them. i have contacted them through e-mail multiple times, and called there multiple times. it seems like a 2 man business, and neither one knows exactly what is going on. they tell me to contact the other guy. NICE business. they are in Canada. i dont know how long it normally takes for international (Cananda to US), but don't advertise 3-4 days, when it takes over a month. i will never do any business with them again, and recomend the same to everyone. the pair are supposedly going to be here today or tomorrow,according to an e-mail i received a week ago. no conformation call (or any call for that matter). it's like pulling teeth trying to get any info. from them. what do they care they have my money. well i hope the boas arrive tomorrow . :angry:

Lots of fighting in the thread but there are some good points brought up. At the end of the thread it is brought up about their pending lawsuit against a reptile forum. This lawsuit is to try and silence poeple who have been ripped off by the "pro reptiles group" which includes Chris Blasko, Sean Blasko and Chris Marshall AKA Bruce Zwigger.

Their lawsuit goes to court April 16th, 17th and 18th 2008 in Brampton, Ontario, Canada court. There everyone will finally be able to meet the man (Chris Marshall AKA Bruce Zwigger) behind the trained monkeys (Sean and Chris Blasko).

People who have been ripped off by the "Pro Reptiles Group" are encouraged to post their stories here........
