    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Customer service with these guys is just outstanding. Whether it be ordering animals (shame about the facility burning down), buying supplies, or using ship your reptiles, they are friendly and helpful every step of the way. Robyn and Andy are a real pleasure to talk to. Using ship your reptiles for the second time yesterday, everything went off without a hitch. Robyn was very helpful. I remember meeting Robyn when I was just a young punk at I believe the San Diego show (like 13 years ago or something), and was just in awe. Having done business with them for the past couple of years, I can say I have never had a problem. I will say it again, their customer service is hard to beat in my mind. Thanks to everybody at the ProExotics family, and good luck in future endeavors. Thank you.

I agree with you 100% I have shipped my reptiles through them many times. In fact I shipped non reptile related items also. They are the only one I've used. I wish them well and good luck to them.

Use them all the time and have yet to have a problem. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to ship herps.
 
i have used them 3 times with no problems, love there customer service thats the way everyone should be :D would recommend to anyone that needs to ship a herp
