    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I've been looking for a good gutload for my mealworms I'm raising for my leopard geckos and heard great things about the "Pro Gutload" from www.professionalreptiles.com. I placed a really small ($11) order. Due to a shipping/delivery error by the post office, I never received my order. I contacted Cody Catellanos to let him know that I didn't receive it and was filing an inquiry with the post office in case they contacted him with questions.

Even though the shipping/delivery error was in no way Cody's fault or responsibility, he went above and beyond and provided amazing customer service. After the USPS made it clear that they were not going to take action, Cody sent me a replacement order and apologized for the trouble, even though it had nothing to do with him.

I am so impressed with his customer service -- he's got a new customer for life. :D
 
I totally agree, i have been dealing with Cody from Professional Reptiles for years now. He has the best customer service, and great animals/products too.
I will continue to do business with him, and would recommend Professional Reptiles to anyone.. :)
 
Yep, agree with you all. I haven't bought an animal from him, but wouldn't hesitate to do so.

And just to follow up, I received my replacement about 10 days ago and now have some very fat and happy mealworms and therefore fat and happy geckos thanks to Cody. The mealworms are really active and plump since switching out their bedding to the Pro Gutload. Can't go wrong with a fantastic seller AND product!

Oh, and sidenote to Kristi - after seeing pics of your beautiful geckos on your website, I read your caresheet and that's where I first heard about Cody/Professional Reptiles. :)
