    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

So I'm getting a ball python tomorrow and I have everything I need, well, except an enclosure that is. I had a 10 gallon tank I was going to use while it is still small, but my sister took it and is using it for her mice -_-

I decided that using a plastic tub is a better idea anyways, but I don't know how big I need for a baby(<6 months).
 
28/32qt tub will be fine.
You'll want a heat pad that covers 1/3 of the tub's bottom, and a thermostat to control the temperatures.
 
If this is going to be your only Ball Python I would say a 28/32 qt sterilite tub should be fine. Using heat tape and a thermostat can be a little expensive to get it for a single tub though. I know a lot of people that obly have one and usually get a 20 gal long tank with a heat pad that sticks to the bottom of the tank. It all depends on if you plan on getting any more and if you want it to be seen or displayed.

A tank will not only have belly heat with a thermostat but will also have to have an over head heating source and another rheostat to control that, costing more than a tub to heat.
Those heat pads you stick below a tank cost $15 to $20 or more, flexwatt cost under $4 a foot.
There's nothing wrong with setting a tank up for a single ball python, but it is more expensive to keep proper temps and harder to keep humidity in.

Guess it all depends on what she wants to do. I agree tubs are easy to heat but if you only have a single tub is the cost of a thermostat worth it? My heat pads on the 2 tanks I have keep the perfect temps and humidity for the size tanks I'm using. (20L)
 
I would suggest a tub with a locking lid and as flat of a bottom as possible for ease of cleaning. They like to leave deposits in the most pain of places :p
