You re-registered with a new name after you had paid your fine, and in fact were causing problems with your new login name bypassing what you had earned using your old one. I changed the login name to HELP you get your ducks in a row, and help US see what row your ducks were in. At absolutely no time did I say you could not use that old name. Matter of fact, except in rather extreme cases, I really don't care what anyone uses as a logon name here. That is yet another choice that reflects on the kind of person they really are.

So, YES or NO. Do you want your old name of "88reptiles" back?

This sort of barking is going to go nowhere. Neither one is ever going to admit to anything, or offer anything concrete.
Unfortunately, both seem to have tarnished or trashed their reputations in the meantime...and the attitude that "this board doesn't matter" is just a denial of something they don't like, and are perhaps intimidated by.

Threats do not belong on the board, from either side...please use PM's if you need to post such rhetoric.

I hope both of them work out their legal troubles, which appear to be growing, unfortunately.

Agreed. This thread has degenerated to the point that there is very likely nothing more to be gained. Here we have one person who is running desperation plays to save a business that he managed to drive into the ditch and another trying desperately to avoid prosecution. Neither appear to have really mended their ways, or have any intentions to do so. They appear to me now to be saying whatever they need to to get the "monkey" off their backs. Neither are being forthcoming in the least now. It has now gotten to the point of making personal threats and posturing and just completely avoiding the subject. I think if the thread continues, it needs to continue in such a manner as to completely avoid that sort of rhetoric...just stick doggedly to the questions that need to be answered and ignore any little personal barbs that are intended to sidetrack the conversation. Just my opinion....

I think this, and the posts associated with it, are shining examples of exactly why things WORK on this site.

There is a spectrum of good/bad guys out there:

GOOD guys
Clueless people who WILL become Good guys given enough direction
Clueless people who WILL Choose the Bad Guy Path regardless of direction
BAD guys.

Frequently the people who first come to this site, or this hobby, are right in the middle... clueless as to the finest points of right and wrong. I do believe that while not necessarily excusable, it happens and I can accept it. I can HOPE they will choose the good guy route.

But in this thread, and these two individuals, that really show how the BOI works. Sure they come in clueless, but instead of choosing honesty, they lie. Once they lie they start to travel down the "Bad Guy" road. They CAN change and do a U-Turn.... but most don't. This is why the people like these shining examples who "repent" are treated with a lot of scepticism: we've seen it before, we've seen it HERE, we'll see it again.

sigh and I had such hopes for at least one of these two characters. But alas, they've been given the rope, and used it appropriately.

I agree with Sasheena's last post. I also feel that it is ridiculous to keep asking them over and over to admit to committing major crimes. This is not court, and even in court you can plead the 5th. It is smart not to admit to crimes on a public forum, and really has no relation to wether he has learned his lesson. I don't know if some of you feel that this is some sort of Confessional, but their is no positive outcome to admitting to these crimes and some of you should really get over it. Time will tell how these guys end up doing, and possibly what legal ramifications come from what they have already done. They both obviously have an attitude, and in my opinion, I would not want to conduct business with either of them.

The whole part about the racism with Adam does come into play when he goes to another board and lies that he has done nothing wrong on this board. He then dares anyone to find anywhere were he has said anything racist.

Adam continued to bash Fauna and this board up until he paid his fine then miraculous the very next day he summits another apology. Adam has lied over and over again and this goes to show what kind of businessperson Adam is.

I am stating this for the people who said his beliefs have nothing to do with him selling his animals. It does, if you tie it all together. It’s the lies. Would you want to buy a snake from a guy who is a liar? I think not.
