    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is not a bad guy or good guy post. Just a notice.

Webslave please correct me if there is a better place to post this.

On Friday the 13th, augest 2002 all animals in my possesion owned by George Dau will be considered payment for debts owed. George Dau has until then to pay me, in full all money owed to to me. The money has been owed for almost a year now.

Since saturday, 1 of the 8 geckos has died. I am not sure if the other 7 will live, but proper medical treatment is being given, and i suspect atleast 3 to make it.

Payment can be mail, wired, paypal'd, done by credit card, almost any way. I can be called a 206-240-5457

not sure of the circumstances but its prob not to realivent at this point  but after a year i would think he had no plans on paying regardless . Also usally after 30 days anything in the persons hands unless in writing is theres by law? not sure how pertinant that law applies to reptiles  just a note .
 
I am just trying to give him every chance to pay me. I am not posting the circumstance here.

I am not too picky about debts owed, infact i owe a good bit of money now , but I always pay, and the people I owe know this (im a regular customer).

Purcahse geckos and rack systems. Picked up, never finished paying, been about a year. I dont want to give details, this is NOT a bad guy or good guy post.

What you're saying is this guy doesn't pay his debts. So this would be a bad guy post. You want to post then post everything or don't post at all. You mush be hiding something sense you don't want to put the details on the table.

So what is it are you lieing or hiding something?
 
Franky, read it, its just a public notice of what i plan to do. It no way involves you at all.

Im no liar, I have nothing to hide. I just want to make sure he and others know what I plan to do. I was advised to post this by a lawyer friend.

Its not a bad guy post,  I dont beleive Dau is a bad guy, I feel he fell on bad luck, which is keeping him from paying me, which is keeping me from affording certain things I need. It would be a bad guy post if i had no way to recover the debts, which i do. This is just make sure he and others knows how I plan to do it.

That enough for you? or do you need to know the interworkings of my opertations and where I eat lunch at everyday too?

Well i never said anything about GOOD lunch lol.

Infact, i get sick after i eat there almost every time. Its just the smell attarcts people, smells so good. Plus the bothel UoW campas has no other place to eat.

I do think, however, that you DID post this in the wrong place....THIS PART of Fauna IS to let folks know of their dealings with other parties, good and bad...it's NOT the place for "Personal Public Messages"! If you don't want to give the details...you shouldn't have posted anything HERE! You should have gone to the "General Discussions" section...tsk tsk ....Neil
 
I didnt knww where to post it, its not really a general discussion becaue I didnt want to discuss it, I just wanted to publicy post it and it worked, he sent me a tracking number for the payment this morning.

I'm confused, the guy owes you money hasnt paid you in a year, bt he is not to be qualified as a bad guy?

Why bring this here, if you know the character of the guy, then you understand why he cant pay you, this forum is not an appropriate "leverage tool" to get him to pay. Esp if he hasnt paid you in a year. You said the guy had a bad turn and is down on his luck. Best to try and contact him man to man and not over a public forum or message board, unless you are willing to divukge the whole thing and realize that he will be flamed for it. you know him best, try and work outside of these public places if you care about the guy which you obviously do, otherwise you would be telling everyone exactly what transpired . Call and email him.
