Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Puget sound garter snakes, possible laws in Washington state

I'm asking about the fact washington state does not allow field collections of their wild animals and if their is anyone who has theses snakes that are CBB in their collection, and if I can legally own them even if they are CBB in washington state. The laws here are messy to say the least. So far what I have found is field collecting is 100% illigal regardless of the animal. Permits are impossible to get outside of scientific research.

So IF possible can I own this animal?

If possible am I buying an animal that was legally obtained?
