4 lb pork shoulder roast
MIX TOGETHER
2 T salt
2 T paprika
2 T cayenne pepper
2 T dark brown sugar
2 T black pepper
2 T garlic powder
Rub your meat (that one's for Chuck) with the above mixture. Cover and refrigerator for 2 hours.
POUR
2 C apple juice
1 C apple cider vinegar
2 T worcestershire
1 T liquid smoke
in the bottom of a roasting pan. Add roast, cover with foil and cook at 350 for four hours. Should be so tender it falls apart. Add bbq sauce or not
