    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Pureagenda (EllMarie Richard) Sent me a sickly bearded Dragon

ok, PP is still in the process of reviewing the case.And, the dragon is doing well, though she is a bit constipated. She's tsking her feedings and soakings very good still.

I take it that there's been no recent contact from the seller, in regards to accepting the return and issuing a refund of her own volition?
 
Which is why you need not send the dragon back Unless you have Cash First.

You had to pay first to get the dragon back, Way shes acting, she should send money first or she gets nothing.

Guess we can see how effective just emailing her to resolve it ended up being. Can't imagine why she's lost her eagerness to have such a prized dragon back in her possession.
 
i know, the way she went on how she wanted her "beautiful' dragon back.
I don't think she would take care of her, (just my oppinion).
But she hasn't said a word since she said I could return the dragon for full refund. And, now she's going back against what she said.

It's just a hunch, but as often as I'm seeing a single guest reading this thread after new posts are made, I have a sneaking suspicion that she's not unaware of what's going on. Either way, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence when someone actively avoids a situation that they know requires their active participation.

:iagree: She's avoiding this, before she would come on here and discriminate me, and I guess she just figures if it's ignored it will go away. Well, i'm sure this has done a good blow to her future business. Showing how she didn't care much for the dragon.

I agree with the others- I wouldn't send the dragon back without refund in advance and I would get videos of her now and before/during packing if shipping arrangements are met.

I don't know either party at all, but as as an observer in this thread, the buyer has responded to every question and provided evidence of their situation in a timely manner. In comparison, the seller has tried to deflect, ignore, or turn everything back around on the buyer without answering questions from others or posting evidence that would support their case. Not to mention simple disrespectful behavior to individuals and the BOI. Now they have apparently vanished when it is time to make things right.

I don't know anything about dragons, but anyone with eyes can tell that one wasn't doing great after arrival. I'm thankful that she went to someone willing to take steps to rehabilitate.

Talk about self-congratulatory tendencies. This chick's definitely got a well-developed ego. Starting on 5/11/12, she posted a couple of visitor messages on her own profile to provide a bunch of "testimonials from happy customers", like she was trying to turn her profile into a mini Good Guy thread.
If I were the conspiracy theory type, I'd maybe wonder if that was a preemptive strike by someone that knew she was about to screw the pooch. I'm most likely giving her intellect far more credit than it deserves, but stranger things have happened.
