    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Pyro question??

Ok, so I live in AZ and I know that I am not allowed to buy, sell, or import native AZ mountian kings. 2 years ago though, I picked one up at the Tucson Reptile Show!! It was legal for him to sell them, because the parents weren't native to AZ and the hatchlings were born in Texas. So I was curious to know if I had 2 non-native pyros and bred them, would I be able to sell the babies here in AZ?? Been trying to look into this, but haven't found anything.

I can't really say with 100% certainty but my interpretation of that law when it comes to not being allowed to sell native species, means that if that particular species is native to your area period, doesn't matter if you acquired it across the line in the next state over or somewhere nearby, that it is illegal to sell within that state.
I mean it would be pretty hard to prove that you didn't acquire it from within that state if that species is spread across more than one state. So I would think either way it would be illegal.
Also, in regards to the other person that was selling them at a reptile show but stated that it was ok because the parents were from another nearby state, are you positive it was legal for him to do so? Or did you just take his word for it? Not many people are going to tell you that they are doing something illegally since that would obviously keep them from making a sale.
