In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy python princess aka jodie ilene joel BAD NEWS!! STAY AWAY!!

That would be the only reason they refunded her. The tracking info was all there they can clearly see it was received. The cc company not gonna just send her money back after all info was provided. She called and made another lie to get her money back

Paul is right.. paypal pulled the funds but has not released them to the bank that will not be for weeks I was just told by paypal.. Paypal says I have lots of good proof with what I sent them.. But $380 held up for weeks...

Lucille,
I know it doesnt mean much because its a phone call and I cant prove it but I just got off the phone with paypal and they told me it was filed with her bank on 8/23 a day after she got the snake...

I believe you.

Like I said save all texts do not delete. They will figure it all out u will probally get a call from cc company. Does pp have your phone # if they do they should pass info along

I guess I'm wondering if anything she said was the truth, whether she has a daughter, just, everything.
It is one thing to get on the BOI and tell your side and give it everything you've got. But a chargeback for non receipt when you have the item is fraud, and is dirty pool.

I am not sure if my experience with fraud is applicable here, but I will offer it in case it helps in some way.

A few months ago, someone used my card numbers to make purchases online and when I discovered it, I immediately called the cc company and the companies where the purchases were made. The cc company immediately opened a fraud case and sent me paper work to sign, just based on my word that I did not make these purchases. Within 2 weeks, the money was refunded to my account. Then the paper work arrived, and some things came up in my life, so I forgot to sign the documents and send them back. Well, the cc company sent me a warning that if I didn't get those documents back to them, then the charges would be put back on my cc. I called them and got the paperwork sent back in.

So,
1) CC companies seem to take the cardholder's word for it when fraud is claimed, and I wonder if they do the same with charge backs.

2) Just because the cc company refunds money, they can and will charge that money back if they see fit.

In your case, Angelo, even if they refund her the money now, that does not mean that they won't charge her for that money in the future once they see evidence that she did in fact receive the snake.

Now, the "not as advertised" part shouldn't apply here, because the snake was in fact what he advertised. The breeding issues shouldn't be a factor in the paypal/cc dispute because in theory, the seller wouldn't necessarily know that the buyer wanted the snake to breed her. Just to be clear, I said in theory, because I was not privy to that phone conversation.

Dan, I didnt fumble with providing a refund!!

The buyer made multiple claims with paypal (even after a refund was agreed to) and held up the funds twice making it impossible to provide the refund I promissed.. Realizing I was dealing with an unreasonable person and wanting the ordeal done with I sent the buyer the snake that she bid on and won in the auction.. As far a disclosure on the breeding ability of desert females it was the first topic of conversation that the buyer and I had on the phone.. Before you ask seeing we have gone through all of this before. No I do not have physical proof on the phone conversation.. With all do respect I would Like to keep this thread to the NEW issue at hand...
This is a long-dead horse that even I don't care to beat any more.
Dan I asking you this as a reasonable and fair man that I know you are..
I don't care who you are, that's just plain funny. I have to ask, why the sudden diplomacy?

Is this right what the buyer is doing??

I don't think so. The intent is there. Sending it back due to pressure or possible police action means only the pressure got to her.

Dan the newest email for the newest claim from paypal clearly states"

"Hello Angelo Corsi,

We were recently notified that one of your buyers filed a chargeback and
asked the credit card issuer to reverse a payment made to you on Aug 2,
2012.

The buyer claims that the item wasn't received. Their credit card company needs additional information from you about this transaction."

So what her amanding her FIRST claim has to do with the newest (3rd) claim with paypal im not getting...
My opinion of the OP aside, I am trying to look at this as about as much of a separate issue as it can possibly be. My eyes must be worse than what I had originally thought, because I can't make out a damn thing in those screenshots. What I thought I could see, appeared to be her amending her complaint to a Non-Receipt claim just before the chargeback was awarded. If that's not the case, I stand corrected. Under magnification, it all looks like an unintelligible, blurry mess to me. Apparently, there's more "intent" than I was originally able to see. I'm assuming that direct contact has been attempted, and ignored by the buyer?

BOI information is unable to be edited....she did not change it from a BG thread to an Info thread...it was always an Info thread.

Just clarifying that while I gather my thoughts on everything else lol.

Willow is correct none can edited a BOI thread. The title and prefix will always remain the same. I have to disagree with one point here and on the other thread that was posted by a couple of people. No-matter the prefix used it was started as a bad guy thread. You don't start a thread labeled "Watch out I got screwed BY Corsi Morphs" and with a straight face say it is only a information thread as was stated on the other thread.

Just because she used a different prefix means nothing. She started a bad guy thread no-mater the label she put on it. IMHO....

^---Well yea...I agree lol...I was more or less stating that it couldn't have changed once it was posted lol

but yes...the context of the thread title implys more then just information

This is the only time I am going to reply to this utter BS! Yes I filed claims with both Pay pal and my CC. the day that I received the snake I went online to pay pal and canceled the claim, I called my CC and also canceled the claim. The reason I had the claims is because even though I was told that the snake was to be delivered on Wed I never got a tracking number. So as soon as I got the snake I canceled both claims!! I have nothing else to defend in this matter.
