question on banned reptiles

wasnt sure where else to put this but i was wondering if anyone out there could help clear something up. were retics one of the snakes recently put on the lacys act? ive been having a hard time finding information on which animals are actually banned thats clear. any help is greatly appreciated thanks

Couple links to get you started. Retics were not on the list, but that doesn't mean they couldn't eventually be targeted.

i didnt think they were but just thought it was odd that they would ban everything else they did and not them

Don't worry, Ohio has you covered.....

Retics are a restricted species in the state now and will require a permit.
