    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Question Regarding an Appropiate Enclosure Size for a Colombian Boa imperator

Would an enclosure that's 8'x2.5'x1.5" be sufficient for a Colombian Boa imperator or would it have to be larger?
 
Plenty big enough. Most Imperators are kept in enclosures in the 4'x2'x1' up to 6'x2'x2'.

All of my adult Boas are in 4'x2'x1' or 4'x2'x14" enclosures (one will be upgrading since she's starting to outgrow it).
