    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

of my own words.....
In a recent thread (under a different category), I made the statement that "looks is enough" - referring to a nicely patterned snake that didn't demonstrate the best aim during feeding strikes. Now, I find myself wondering if I was wrong.
I received this guy in trade yesterday. Great looking, CB, young adult male - with one heck of an attitude. So far, his temperament is comparable to (if not worse than) most of the fresh imports I have dealt with over the years. He's already flipped over backwards, and hurled himself out of the tub trying to get at me. Is looks REALLY enough?

(just for the record, I'm not at all phased by his temperament...nor do I consider it a permanent condition. It was just a fun way to show him off)

I'll let you know in a few months, lol. I'm sure we'll develop at least a reasonable working relationship.....

Man I would hate to have that guy nail me! Let us know how he comes along Harald.... and dont be afraid to show some of your battle wounds!

er - I'm not anticipating any wounds, lol. I've done this before. There may come a point where I push the issue and just let him get it out of his system...but I try the gentle approach first, lol.
If there's enough blood to make it worth showing, I'll post pics, k?

(I also don't want to stress him too much in the process, as he is here for practice next season...I've never bred bloods before, and want to get a clutch under my belt before my project male is ready to go in a year or two)

Is this the one that was labeled for you? :rofl:

The nicer they are, the more attitude. Prima Donnas. :rofl:

No - this is one that I traded some surplus bulls for.
The one you are thinking of is as sweet as could be...even takes food gently (so far, lol)

That one was really nice looking. Sounds like you got both looks and a good attitude with that one.
