In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm a horrible morph identifier unless it is super obvious, but I'll take a stab at it.

1st BP: Pastelish or Orange Dreamish?

2nd BP: Fire or Vanilla

Oh, I can't wait to be corrected:D

Well, the top guy was sold to me as a Pastel... Throws me off because there is no blushing in his blacks... jsut on his head. He is bright orange/yellow with BLACK blacks. And the second guy was sold to me as a Fire... so I guess he is what he was sold to me as... the first one is still throwing me off... so he could be a Pastel? What is an Orange Dream? Never heard of that... is that a type of Pastel? Thanks...

I have seen both great looking and ugly Orange dreams. I have seen both great looking and ugly Pastels as well. If it was sold to you as a pastel, I would guess that it is. A orange dream male would have been in neighborhood of $1,500 where as a pastel would be more like $50-75ish.

Which would be closer to what you paid??

Also did the seller you bought it from produce him?

Thats the thing... I paid 85.00 for him from a guy that got it from a friend of his. He said it's a Pastel, but it's not like any pastel i have seen before... i have a Female Pastel, side by side... he blows her away.... brighter oranges/yellows and Blacker Blacks.... All i have to do is compare with photos... Like i said... either way, im happy.... great price no matter what he is... just really nice in my opinion.

If you paid $85 for an Orange Dream...score!! However, I would bank on a great looking pastel male at this point. Every time we hatch out a pastel baby, my little brain turns with "could this one be extra special". Fact is pastels vary so much in their yellow/orange/browns. I have several adult Pastels, neither one looks like the other.

Below are two babies from different clutches as examples.

I have seen pastels that had a killer amount of blushing, and ones that have none. I will say, i am a huge fan of the blushing- but I am digginh the start black in yours! I;d say pastel too.

the second one, I am not sure...lol. was thinking it was one i wasnt too sure of- like the fire and vanila.

nice looking snakes!

Yea i brought them to NERD and confirmed that one was a fire and the other was an "old school Jungle Pastel"... so basically a Fire and a Pastel.... Works for me. Thanks for the help though! Bad thing is that while i was there a grabbed a breeder size Male Mojave... now i know why i NEVER go there!!!! Cant leave without something! DAMN!

The pastel looks very similar to my pastel 'hets'. Both my pastel het ghost and my pastel pos. het clown look like that. All my normal pastels look nothing like them..so, maybe you got lucky..?

My pastel het ghosts have way lighter heads then that. I'd say pastel and a nice fire. Congrats on the mojo too. Pics or it didn't happen though.

Pic 1- Id have to say a pastel mainly from the head pattern, but I wanna say somethign more is going on there. If I were buy a pastel male, he would be it.

Pic 2- Screams fire all day to me, and a nice looking one at that.

Congrats keep us posted on that pastel boy.
