Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ok so I have a huge normal female she around 9ft weighs 52 pounds. Was thinking of switch her to rabbits as she eats the biggest rats I can get every three week and they seem like just a snack lol. Thanks for any opinions you have.
 
9 ft and 52 lbs? I haven't seen a BCI that big in a long time. The weight sounds a little high (when I kept them, burms were only around 30 lbs at 9 ft)...I know one of those big boas I'd seen was said to be #50; but I don't think they'd actually weighed him. Still, I'd probably think more along the lines of maintenance rather than increasing the prey size. There's nothing wrong with feeding rabbits if you have a reliable source with good prices; though.
 
Yes I agree I just got her. I plan too feed monthly but wasn't sure if I should stick with rats or put her on rabbits? Will one jumbo rat monthly suffice?

I've fed rabbits before to my largest boas (7-8ft), I have no idea how much they weigh, maybe 15-20lbs as a guess? I fed one small rabbit, this was years ago, I'm sorry I don't recall the weight, maybe 1lb size? About the size of 2-3 jumbo rats put together. That one rabbit would make them swell huge and they'd be good for 1-1/2 - 2 months. I never found a good supplier, the prices I paid were very high, so I switched back to rats. Now they get 2 jumbos every month or so.
 
Thanks April for your input. I think I will just stick with rats as well. I've been digging around and two jumbo rats are still cheaper than one rabbit of. Ok comparable size.
