• Responding to email notices you receive.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Trying to raise a little funds and at the same time clear a little space since I'm in the city and this guy is getting pretty big. 8.5 inches straight, but I'm still uncertain on the sex (see plastron photo if you think you can guess it).

Open to offers for now since I'm still not 100% set on selling it. I'm in Pennsylvania, so sale only to PA residents or CBW holders (I have permit).

Main residence is in NJ and my lakehouse is in Pa. I own both so I'm a resident of both. Good detective work though.

Great! I'll reach out after work (around 6) I can show you an electric bill from my Pa residence with my name on it as proof. Good?

Yang Li, ask to see a current driver's license. A utility bill is not proof of state residency. I pay utility bills in multiple states and own homes in multiple states, but my primary residence is in one. My other residences are irrelevant to state residency. Dual state residency is generally a fallacy in the United States aside from exceptional circumstances. If in doubt as to how this involves the ESA, feel free to reach out to USFWS for their take on the matter.

Hahahaha!! Brother, you need to get a hobby or something!! You guys are just too funny on here thinking you have authority over other people!! Thank you for the laugh brother. It made my day = )

Yang LI, if you are willing to accept a utility bill with my name showing my Pa address and want to make 3500 cash today...PM me and we can meetup later today. If not, no hard feelings man and good luck with the tort!! Thanks!

A few things.

It would be advisable to avoid disrespectful address.

In the context of this site, moderators have authority with regard to ensuring rules and conduct expectations are followed and enforced.

In the context of this topic, you seem to have a primary residence in NJ, thereby making NJ your state of residence legally speaking. As such, purchase of an ESA-listed species by posing as a state resident of PA simply because you may own a vacation home in PA would be a violation of the Endangered Species Act. The buyer and the seller would both be in violation. Especially the seller.

No disrespect meant....you legitimately gave me a good laugh and made my day! Thanks for that!

Nj is my primary residence yes, but I also hold a residence in Pa. The PA res is not listed as secondary or vacation home on my taxes therefore it is also considered, by law, primary. I say my Nj res is my primary res bc that's where I spend most of my time. In the eyes of the law, however, it is interchangeable. It all comes down to how you list your properties on your taxes. Either way, thanks for your input.

yang li, let me know. Thanks.

Then I am sure you can provide your current PA driver's license (which is state ID) to Yang Li when requested so that he can be in compliance with the ESA. What you have stated so far is not proof of primary residency.

Tim, please see my PM regarding questions from the US Fish and Wildlife if you are still interested. Thank you.
