    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Justyn, It is funny that he told me way back in "05" that he only shipped to me and 1 other export, Then in "06" I was the only reptile company he shipped to plus he shipped birds to 1 guy and mamals to another. But He ask me to help him collect the money for animals he shipped to Randall. :rofl:

Justyn, I hope that you are smart enough to know that he has many companies that he does in fact ship to, he says that he only ships to 1 or 2 people so that "you" will place a large order thinking that you will be the only person with these animals. Do you know that Ally also ships under at least 2 other company names?

Now, this thread is about Randy and him scammong AA so I so understand you wanting to change the topic to take the heat off of your pal but keep it on track he. :thumbsup: :yesnod:
 
Let's recount.... Lawson, you owe ME $6000 that you NEVER PAID (yet).... you owe OUR previous landlord 5 months rent you NEVER PAID.... you owe YOUR old landlord 4 months rent you NEVER PAID.... you owe the electric company from Zodiac Reptiles' old store 6 months, at about $160 per month, that you NEVER PAID.... You owe one of the importers THOUSANDS of dollars you NEVER PAID.... and I'm SURE there are others out there who haven't come forward yet that you NEVER PAID.... Not to mention the COUNTLESS NUMBER of businesses you've BURGLARIZED and STOLE FROM (like Susan Tippi for one) that you have NEVER PAID back!!....

Yeah, you're SUCH an upstanding citizen, and you wonder why people WOULDN'T BELIEVE A THING YOU SAID IF YOUR TONGUE CAME NOTORIZED!!....

These were reported to the PCSO, I have spent most of today copying you post towards me for them. They call it a "IMPLIED THREAT".

They say that it more then likely will go nowhere but it will be on record. If I were you Neil you better pray that she doesn't so much stub her toe because the law will come to you first.

iI know that family doesn't mean anything to you after all you robbed your daddys store not once or twice but three times you collected his insurance money all three times and then all of your daddys animals that you stole you turned around and sold them and put the money in your pocket. Not to mention that people here donated money to your cause and you took that to.

After helping to unpack I decided against buying mambas and cobras out of the shipment as they were not worth it. With the condition many of those animals came in, I can hardly guess at the number that died within the first 48hrs. By the way he still has the patternless nitschei.

I've been gone awhile, but it seems some things have stayed the same.

This thread is about Randall Ellis- not either one of you two. I could care less which one of you fired the first volley, so it ends tonight. Take it to a thread in Hell, or even just resurrect one of the numerous threads about either one of yourselves where you've had it out before. However, you will stop muddying unrelated threads such as this one with your little personal feud.

IF this is/was the case then how come it wasnt mentioned in his shipment report? which btw took kim a WEEK to get turned in? and how come they only dropped the price from 12K to 10K?which randall agreed to!and which also btw randall ADMITTED to owing? not to mention not sending the 30% upon arrival? or anything?,,, sorry but your story holds no water, bottom line is he owes these people its been over 3months and he hasnt paid them anything and good for him still owning the patternless nitschei, personally i dont/cant see how the dude can live with himself,sleep,eat stealing from africans or anyone for that matter, from what ive read(from randall) makes me ashamed i live in the same state hell even the same country! all i can hope is being we are in this great state of texas that ill be able to meet him oneday and tell him face to face exactly how i feel about him and this situation,,,,,,,,,,thomas davis

and IF there were sick/dead/dieing animals that should have been handled within a timeframe (usally 48to72 hrs.) not brought up a month after receiving them imho its poor form plain and simple,,,,,,,,thomas

The first part was supposed to be a quote from Sean, but Thomas apparently doesn't know how to use the "quote" feature. ;)
 
Eh, the second part you quoted....the part about being there when the animals were unpacked. Sorry....it was the first part in Thomas's post.

I find it funny that for a shipment with dead and dying animals in it that he seems to be willing to past them off to other herpers. He is selling these snake at a overly high price for sick animals. These are the animals that Ellis got for free (so far). We have all seen the ads on Kingsnake and have noticed that the animals have been selling. Remember the big Mambas sale he had? If he still has the patternless nitschei then why is it not for sale? He was pushing it so very hard and now nothing.

But the fact is none of this matters at all, Ellis broke the deal from the jump. It matters not if all the animal sold, dead or what have you. He sent in the doa report and now he wants to claim foul and get the animals for free, animals I might add that he has been selling for the past 3 months.

I would like for David and Maria to post a shipping invoice of the animals they gave to Ellis but please omitt the prices, I do not think that is important.
