    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Randall Ellis, Reptile Locators (BAD GUY)

Thanks for the update Maria, ,, I can't say it any better than John has above but would add that Randall even defaulted on the Shipping which was to be prepaid.

I can understand Randall's friends speaking up for him but folks it's past time to tell your friend Randall to pay up before any more damage is done to his reputation. A real friend tells you the things you don't really want to hear or see... As someone noted above Randall may have been great to buy from but if the future when selling to him get all the money up front..Randy

An invoice sure would be nice as some are stating another shipment. I agree he owes you all he said he would pay but I do think that the invoice would help.
 
I do believe that Randall did and is having monetary trouble and he had to rob Peter to pay Paul. What you all may or may not know is the reasons for the trouble. Awhile back Randall and Bud Merkey got into a :censored: match about some dead animals Randall sent him. Things were said from both sides and lawsuits were filed. In 8/06 Randall's suit was tossed from Federal court for being frivolous, Well Randall refiled in the Texas courts but his lawyer wanted to be paid for the Federal court time some 7k. Well AA did pay thay bill and now Randy has a March court date that is already looking bad for him. How I know this you ask, Because I will be travling to Texas along with a dozen other people in March to show that randall did and does ship sub standard animals.

Maria and David if you contact me via phone or e-mail I will put you in touch with the proper people here in the states to help you to collect all your money from Ellis. I think that it will be great to have you in Texas in March and tell the Judge you situation and whet Randall Ellis did to you.

We all know that Randall is not going to post here again but I am sure that if you e-mail or call him he may man up and tell you that this is true.

A while back I was verbally attacked by randy and his cohorts.
They really gave it a good try to smear me and make it look like I was the bad guy.
when I complained about the bad quality of his animals
Mites,starvation and virus infections,badly packaged snakes some that killed each other before they were unpacked sad!
I asked randy what he did for a living he said selling snakes!
it sent chills down my spine and I wrote him off
snake sellers are a dime a dozen I would be more carefull and only buy what I see in front of me.
Then he sued me for 50 grand plus damages for a post that was deleted the moment webslave saw it
it was gone in less than 30 min .

He also sent bob sloan[ a real tough guy ] after me and then denied it but sloan later had a falling out with randy and others
sloan told me the whole story of the betrayal by randy.
i do not condone his activitys

I happen to know that Master Mierkey is a completely honest and generous person in his business affairs. His integrity is unimpeachable in the care of his animals. Bud is also a serious venom researcher. Welcome back, General Kenobi!

Bud, if you are currently involved in a lawsuit with him, you should probably ask your lawyer before posting anything more.
 
bud mierky, like dave lawson, has an aquaitence with the truth. Both have decided that they don't like it and use it as little as possible.

Niether of them are reputable at all. Other than as known scumbags, they do have well deserved reputations for that.

We have a plan already, but as most of you are living in the USA and some probably had experience with similar situations you may be able to advice us some better or more effective way to claim our money.

Hi Maria, there is another gentlemen from out side the us trying to collect form a us vendor, unfortunately, you can't always get blood from a turnip.

Please do not judge all Americans by this one business deal, we do have many respectable dealers here that pay their bills on time. Good luck in your search for justice.
