David and Maria, Mr. Bayless called me Yesterday and is very interested in representing you in any and all lawsuits against Randall Ellis/ Kathy Ellis/ Reptile locators. He know that it is hard for you to comtact him (due to the time difference) so he ask me to get some infomation from you or to have you Fax it to him at 1-210-735-6889. He needs copies of the following:

1- any and all e-mails that Ellis sent you
2-Any and all permits and licence Ellis gave you (import permits and the like)
3-copies of all documents that you sent with shipment ( cites and export papers)
4-a itemized bills including the shipping.

and anything else that will show and prove what he owes you.

He said that he was going to contact Omega custom brokers Monday and the U.S. Federal government About this situation with you.

As I said you can e-mail it to me or Fax it to him.

I do not think that any exporter will have to worry about Ellis ever doing this again. If he is bringing in Multiable shipments a years he said that you can check with your dept. of wildlife and see who has exported to him and seen it he really did and if he paid.

Are you getting some kind of a finders fee? Seems fishy how hard you are pushing this attorney on them.

Well otter, To answer your question. Randy Ellis has sent many, many people dead and or dying snakes and people have tried to get repaid but it never happens and some were afraid to come here because you get jumped on if you say a word about Ellis, I was once a good friend to Ellis and I to would stick up for him until here accepted animals knowing that they were stolen from me Once he addmitted it to me he swore to pay for them in 3 seperate shipments the first was 3 crates of rattlers all deal except for 3 that died with in 1 week the second was 2 crates all dead and some were still frozen the third was 2 crates of good old Texas sand. So for over 7k I got dead snakes and dirk to bury them in. This attorny is already involved in a civil case with Ellis and most of the ground work is done and I would love to see Ellis have to pay for those animals that he stole from AA.

Randy Berry, The attorney said that Since Kathy's name is on the buisness her name has to be included in the suit but I would say that you already knew that.

I think that Ellis is a scumbag and the people that are defending him in this matter are not much better.

Randall started off with me hoping thatit would some how make this whole story go away. He knows that once my name is in a thread that there are some people that will come to the attact and therefore change the subject of the thread. He has used this tactic before. He draws your attention to his left hand ( me) so people will not pay attention to right his right hand is doing (stealing animals from AA). NOW HE IS NOT ALONE IN THIS PLOY, HE DOES HAVE HIS LITTLE HELPPERS.
