Seriously though, why the hell do you think after a few years of watching this crap I decided to actually join. I just wanted to get in on beating a dead horse like the rest of you. The thing that I think amazes me the most is that the owners of this site seem to think that they are untouchable to law suits because it is a public type site and not necessarily their opinions. With all of the threats and addresses and phone numbers and personal info they allow to be posted here - what if some nutcase - and there are many here - decides to act on this info and kills someone. Fauna gets sued - win or loose - they still get sued. I'm just curious. As an attorney and lawmaker in Austin, of sorts, I find it amazing the admin here just let it go on to that degree. It is one thing to report about a bad guy or crook, but when it gets into threats of violence and addresses, phone numbers, etc.,....it goes too far don't you think. Maybe this is another thread and I should stop here.

Other than Randy Ellis, I do not know who any of you are, nor do I care. You're right, Keith. This can, and often does turn into a brawl. But, in the end, the truth usually comes out, however subtly, to anyone who's paying attention. A lot of statements are made by different folks, so the credibility of a person's character, and the accuracy of the statement, are, and should be open to question.

As for Randall Ellis, there is no question that he ripped off AA. Nobody is overlooking that fact. He admitted it, in his roundabout way. As far as his other escapades, I wouldn't know, but the more verifiable details you can provide, the better.

Or contact Fast Eddy Lorantz from Dallas; he advertises(now) on kingsnake under Texas Hunter. Or contact Shawn Lund, although he can be difficult to find sometimes, but he is well known. Contact Bob Sloan in Del Rio; he is very easy to find I think. Contact Jerry or Billie at Holley's in Comstock; they have one of only two gas stations there - even you idiots could find it ! Better yet, why not contact African Animals and see what Ellis' latest excuse is for not paying the $12,000 debt he owes them. As for the good guy thing.....Ellis was listed awhile back as a good guy. Not sure if it was a certificate or just a listing since I have not participated until now on this site. Perhaps I was mistaken about the good guy thing, but I don't think so.

I find it very funny that both Rendalls came on here and made very big statements about me, Hell one even made a very, very personal attack on me but he made a mistake Randy, you made the statement to to him "There is a Greg Mosley" but I feel I was just I was using his name. Well then yesterday my attorney gets 7 calls from people asking if I was a client, I assume you 2 were 2 of them. It has been shown on another site that I am not Posting as Mosley, Ellis for got to post that. I call Mosley and told him to make sure that he doesn't e-mail you about your kids (that is wrong of him to do), me or anything personal. Randall--I am not going hunting w/anyone,anywhere. On June 29th I am having Rotor Cup surgery . The healing process will no doubt limit my collecting if , I, in fact, do any this Summer. I will be limited to taking care of my small collection of Chelonians. I sold and/or donated my collection of snakes some time ago--I did keep the specimens on loan from Joe Marek and it looks as though my male and his female bred.... As far as visiting a herp show----I will not be there...nothing against them but I simply do not enjoy them.
