First of all, Ken, I'm not the sadistic individual who committed that crime - NOR was I investigated for it like RANDY ELLIS WAS. THAT IS A FACT ! This will be my last word on that and my sincere apologies if it upset anyone. I knew the Harris family and it hurts me too.

Second, I never threatened anyone, NOR did I say anyone threatened anyone else. If you are referring to "Shock & AWE", that all that was said. There was no mention by me or anyone else that someone or anyone would be hurt, beat up, assaulted or whatever runs through your deviant minds in here. It was just funny. Jesus, do you people have ANY sense of humor left at all or have you all just been on this site far too long ? Sometimes you just have to laugh. IT WAS FUNNY !!!! Snap out of it.

As for this belonging in HELL - I'm not cussing Ellis out or calling his mother names or questioning his heritage. NOR do I want to. I do, however, want no one to ever forget that this guy is a CROOK and there are just too many FACTS to back this claim up. If I'm lying, then maybe Ellis will sue me like he is suing others. I have had to prove Bob Sloan’s accusations here to be false several years ago!
And now he and Dave Lawson have teamed up to victimize me and my family even further
It is very sad that they are allowed to do this to anyone here on this site knowing their proven history of thefts and other crimes and have victimized others here on this site as well.
Their reason for doing this is so no one will do business with me and to make sure I will not be able to pay my actual bills not the made up ones. That is what you and Bob Sloan both want!!

I have never in my life figured that this hobby would become what it is today!
And the foul lengths of lies one would go through to hurt someone because of being jealous of another (over snakes.)

In the case of Randy Ellis - he cannot tell the truth if he were wearing it as underware !

Nora, if you go to the very first post and read it, there is a claim that he took a large shipment of reptiles from African Animals and has NEVER paid them one penny. So far, Randy Ellis has not replied to that straight up other than to side step the issue and point fingers at others. Randy Ellis has not disputed that he got the shipment from AA. Randy Ellis has not disputed as to the agreed terms and price. Randy Ellis did not even follow the most BASIC common business practices when the shipment arrived; claiming dead and dying animals. This is called a preponderance of evidence and holds up in any Texas court. To make a long story short for you, if AA takes Ellis to court, they will win hands down because Ellis not only has not paid them, but he also did not follow what is considered common business practice in this trade by not documenting the dead and dying animals and notifying AA immediately. I also bet that AA has many, many e-mails with Ellis making one excuse after another......he's dying, he's crippled, he's broke, his dog is dying, the shipment was kidnapped by aliens(from mars-not Mexico); you get the drift. The sad part of that is even if AA wins. what will they really get - NOTHING. He has nothing - except their animals which are long gone and so is their money. Although in Texas now, you can loose your drivers license, breeders permit and right to buy a hunting license; which would cripple Ellis' illicit business. There is only one side to this story.................

His name is Johnny Allen, who is a retired Texas Ranger and he owns a portion of the Box Canyon Ranch. He recently lost a lawsuit by the county over access to the lake via the dirt road that runs through his ranch. And, if I am suppossed to be Sloan, then I'm sure Ellis can fabricate a letter from Mr. Allen. I hunt in several areas on and near that ranch. As a matter of fact, part of the Amistad NRA allows hunting there. Mr. Allen has numerous ranch hands and hunting areas; on which I have hunted. I know Mr. Allen from an eating establishment called TB's where I've talked to him at length about Ellis.

In typical Ellis fashion, he has once again side stepped the issue................

It's all the fault of Lawson and Sloan. Poor Randy Ellis - victimized again. And then to throw Katy Harris' death in our faces after I brought it up and was chastised for it. How small do you feel Ellis ?

What I posted was TRUE. I dare ANYONE to contact any of those listed. You want the TRUTH. Do it or shut up ! The TRUTH hurts Randy and it is fast catching up to you.

I'm not blaming anyone else. I have posted facts that are well defined and can be proven with a minimum of effort.
 
BTW, "Keith", maybe you could cite a few criminal cases. Particularly, ones where preponderance of evidence was a deciding factor.

I am not anattorney. I have a JD and a bachelors in Polysci. Rather than become a 60 year old man in my 30's from being an attorney, I decided that I would use my knowledge and education, which I surely have more of than you ever will, to work in government. I never practiced law full time, only rep'd myself and, by the way, never lost in 14 cases.

I started with the National Resource Defense Council. They typically act as a liason between goverment agencies and special interest groups like the Sierra Club. I then moved to work for a State Rep on a national level in DC.
As an example of what I work on; several years ago an actress named Tippi Hedron got a bill introduced to the House that would have banned ALL non native exotic animals - everything. She is the actress that was in Hitchcoks "The Birds" and her daughter is Melanie Griffith. Hedron has an animal rescue facility in CA called Shambala. I was one of many who worked to stop this bill even before it got into the Senate for a vote. It would have left hudreds of thousands of exotic animals to basically starve because they would have just been left to thier own demise on exotic game ranches. Hope that clears it up for you Rocket Man

I have checked out a couple of the people that william55 posted and it does check out to be true. Yes you called a 83 year old man and tried convinced him that you only owe him 100 but 100 or 500 you still scammed him for $$$ and the snakes that you never dropped off.

I just the call back from the mouse factory, I was told that Mr.Ellis has no files there as ever being a customer. I was told that does not mean he doesn't or does owe money. If his account was over 2 years ago that it was more then likely written off but they do not remember the name.
I have to post both the good and the bad.

If you talked to Ray's wife, which you obviously did not, she would have been ranting about Ellis. She hates him cause he ripped them off. I no longer deal with them because they are just plain higher in price on their mice then bascially everyone else in the biz. BUT, they are nice people and very good to do biz with; competant, friendly and great service. Also, it has been many years since Ellis did biz with them, so I am not familiar with their biz practices of writing things off. To be fair - I'll give Ellis this one.

I have heard from numerous others, but it is hearsay unless they are willing to come here and post it and none were or either not allowed on here due to Ellis and his pals.

Also, Ellis called an 83 year old man to try to get the amount he owes lowered ? Hey, Randy....just send Mr. Brockman $100 and do it before he passes away. He ain't gettin' any younger you know.

and and 75 monitors @ $6.00 ea.= $450

_________________________total____= $850__________

You do this and he will concider the money for the other dead animals a learning experience. He will call you later today about this.
