Hey, I have been trying to get it on topic again and powerfinger kept posting about me as you can see I have said over and over "stay on topic" and "if you want to post about me do it on a thread that is about me".
Then Jim o post that since I have posted hear that it is about me to. That is the trouble, people yell stay on topic andthats fine I say it and I am wrong.

And I agree with Scott, you have made 99 posts in the thread, over three times as many as your nearest "competitor", and so it is as much about you and your grudge as about anyone else. Your response to this will be number 100 in this thread. You've made your point. Perhaps you ought to spend more time paying your debts than chasing Ellis. Your thread popped back up. After perusing the last page I found that HE DID take it to that thread but you refuse to answer or post there. Since your on this thread like Oprah on a twinkie where else should he ask it? Besides bringing accussations to any thread leaves that person's credibility open to be investigated. Thats usually done by asking questions. You should know that. Now why don't you go to your thread and answer the same questions there so it'll help to get this thread back on topic.

This is off topic and you guys should know better. If Keith W. isn't a lawyer who really cares. He ahs made statements that have not been dis-proven. If he lies about Ellis that's one thing but lets not disect every word that every person states here. We have all lied at one time or another and if you say it's not so you're lying.

You're entitled to your opinion and we all know what they say about them. I care, and so do several others. This character has made an issue of his being a lawyer and so it is relevant to me (and to others) as to his character and credibility. If he had not brought it up then it would not be relevant. That he refuses to answer a simple question makes it more and more relevant. That it isn't relevant at all to you is fine but don't presume to decide for others what is and is not relevant.

My point is that the "moderators" have asked to keep this on topic and they are also speaking off topic. The topic is AA and Ellis. Not anyone else. The moderators have warned people to stay on topic. Are all bets off now and it's a free-for-all? That's fine too because it can be fun.

You can all believe what you want to and I could really care less. I do not practice law. I have NEVER practiced law. And, I'm not a member of ANY STATE BAR. I have said thisas many times as I intend to say it.

My credibilty is directly linked to what I posted about Randy Ellis, not where I went to school. Are you people really that stupid that it matters that much to you ? Ellis has already been proven via phone calls to Joe Brockman to have ripped him off. $100 or $500 - a theft is a theft.

Ellis has also been proven to have ripped of AA for $12,000.

Check with any of the others I listed, even the Mouse Factory, but talk to Ray's wife, not some hired help in admin,and you will see EVERYTHING I posted is TRUE and CORRECT.

Ellis himself has not once DENIED any of these accusations by me or anyone else. WHY ???? Because he did it. All of it. That is the topic and that is what I will post about. When you find that...well you won't because it isn't there. And it has long been customary to question accusers' motives and stories. Got a problem with it, complain to the owner of the site. He'll tell you the same thing I just did.

I just think it's pretty bad when the moderators do what they ask everyone else not to do. I'm just making an observation. As long as you guys obide by your own requests all is fair.

Sorry I havent been here to reply to a couple posts, as well as going back to what was said to me before, but I just had a couple things to say and then I am finished with this thread as a whole.

You may want to think before you post like this!

I did, but alas, people need not to get all up in arms by a comment made on the internet, as it is just that. =)





But as far as this thread is concerned as a whole, K.williams or whatever your name is.. I am fully aware of what is going on between AA and Randy. Was it poor decision making? In the eyes of the the general public, yes. But if randy has all intentions of paying what is due, then it will come, whether the law is involved or not. The accusations that have been brought up are pretty severe, and Randy does indeed need to make every effort possible to make due, and soon. If Randy has a history of not paying people for what is owed, then that is on him and it will be his own doing for throwing his reptutation down the drain.... Nothing more, nothing less (How we all love Karma). It's just amazing how little it takes for someone to open their mouth and push that drain open a little more. Besides that, the points of his past especially with the harris girl and repetative remarks on one's own education is really pointless and irrelevant as to what's actually at hand.

However.

I've talked to Randy and Kathy in the past before, and I see nothing but good intentions from the both of them.. Call me naive, or idiotic for believing that, but from my own personal accounts between the 2 of them, there's nothing more to be said. Would I buy animals from them? Who knows, I may, then again, I may not. But that is for me and only me to decide.

So dont bother replying to this post as I had said before, I will be done entirely with this.

My point is that the "moderators" have asked to keep this on topic and they are also speaking off topic.

Last I checked you aren't a moderator so his statement did not apply to your request.
