In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Randall Ellis, Reptile Locators (BAD GUY)

ehhh, what's going on here......those AA people are out the bread..badda-bing end of story.....yo, rattler we're get outta here sat 6/16....6pm....be at my place about 4:30..................call me

David and Maria, Again I am sorry for the trouble that this 1 person has cause you, Please do not hold this against all Americans. Thank you for the update.

I am sure that in a post by Ellis that he stated that he was working this out with AA. I will have to go back and check. Ellis had Ball and Monitors for sale on KS. Wonder how many of those he sold?

Other than the actions you have already taken you may want to report this to a credit agency. As long as you have legal documentation you can try to persue this through a collection agency. In the very least it will put another nail into his credit. It's possible to put a lean on property he owns too. Just depends on how far you want to take this. :reddevil:

David and Maria,

I forgot to ask in my last post.

I know that you have a Attorney in Del rio but I was wondering if he knows that Ellis is still selling aniamls (well trying to anyway)? I have some names of people that did buy snakes from Ellis that was part of your shipment, they say the aniamals were in great shape and health. These people will be more then happy to help you in any lawsuit that you have. If you want these names and numbers please e-mail me.

I also know the the people on Williams55 list will help, have him (you attorney come here and get that list and contact them. I am sure that fraud charges can be filed.

This would be of no help to AA. It is highly unlikely that any animal purchased can be positively identified as an animal that originated from the batch of animals Ellis received from his order through AA.

Bill, You are right but, These sale all took place from Dec. 06 to April 07. Proving that he had no other shipment containing these animals (Mambas, Gaboon and Rhinos) is simple. There is a record of every shipment with both the aniamls in the shipment, who the shipper was and the buyer. Now if you prove that the AA shipment was the only shipment Ellis got in this time frame I think it would be safe to say that Ellis was selling the AA animals that he said he never sold.

Dave, if you were certain that it could be proved you wouldn't be contradicting yourself.

It would be extremely difficult for AA to prove that the animals Ellis sold were in fact the animals that they shipped to Ellis. The burden of proof, not reasonable doubt, is on AA to provide and not on Ellis. In the absence of Ellis purchasing from anyone else during the time he received these species of snakes from AA does not prove that the ones Ellis has sold are from that order.

This is a simple matter of collecting on a past due bill.

AA vs Ellis will be a civil case I'm sure Unless AA files with a DA in TEXAS. The first think that AA will enter to the court will be all the e-mails in which Ellis write 2 things that will sink him, 1 the first DOA report and 2 the first amount that Ellis admits to owing. Other postings Ellis states that he got another shipment from another TX. exporter. Once he is proven to be a liar with no credibility he will lose.

No one knows what information that AA has. They could have taken pics of the snakes, they have the emails, we just do not know all they have as proof.
Whatever they are doing is between them and the law and all this assuming crap along with the woulda coulda shoulda's are not getting anywhere except trying to stir something up.

AA is keeping tabs here and informing us of what they want or can. Basically they have not been paid. It is SMART of them not to go to an open forum with whatever they have and keep it between them and whoever they are communicating with legally.

All this assuming only makes this thread garbled with crap.

AA would win because because Ellis hasn't paid. This is not a criminal matter. He did not write a bad check for the shipment or commit any kind of fraud along those lines. Ellis has simple failed to comply with the AA's terms of payment for the shipment.

AA would not have to bring any emails into court either to prove their case. The only thing they need to bring in to court is the bill they sent to Ellis that he has not satisfied to date. The burden of proof would be on Ellis to show receipt that he has satisfied the debt with AA.

Your suggestion that some judge with little time to hear cases is going to sift through emails to see who is or who is not telling the truth is ridiculous. This is a simple matter of an outstanding debt for AA in which Ellis can either furnish proof he has paid the debt or he is going to be ordered by the court to pay. And considering your experience in such matters of being ordered to pay by the courts, we all know that adds up to a whole bunch of nothing. Right Dave?

""Any updates or new information?""

No Dave your still avoiding the questions that have been asked of you....Randy

Just curious here but... at what point do non-updates that drag a thread back to the top of the list, pushing newer threads that are actually active down... does it become trollbumping? I know in the past when people have tried that king of thing to keep their pet topic artificially new, they were asked not to... not sure if anyone was officially reprimanded or anything but it's clearly not something that should be done and has been frowned upon.

For whatever little my opinion might be worth on the matter, it certainly seems to be what Lawson's posts to this thread have been, on and off, through a good portion of this topic. While asking "any updates?" might be a legitimate post from someone who has a direct interest in a thread, the sheer number of times he has bumped this topic without contributing anything meaningful is staggering. he may as well have just written "bump" in his posts.

It's fairly obvious that no resolution is going to be forthcoming here, keeping the thread at the top of the list is a disservice to those individuals involved in topics that are actually active, with new information being added. The complaintant hasn't responded in weeks... and even then their last few posts were either similar hollow bumps or in response to the hollow request for information put forth by Lawson.

Well Seamus, It does involve me and everyother person that imports animals from Africa. Ellis has put a very black mark against American importers. AA is not the first exporter that Ellis has done this to he has also scammed a Egyptain, a Tanzinian and A Ghanain exporters. It is rumored that he just landed a South African shipment and has not paid for that.

So Seamus now you know why I am interested in this thread. Ellis stole animals fromm exporters and each person that buys a animals from this clown is buying a stolen animals and is reinforcing his stealing animals.

I hope this answers your questions but now I must get back to a paper I am writing about the Eastern and Western Hognose snake and thier venom and delivery system.

does that mean that anyone who buys from you reinforces your neglect of several outstanding court ordered judgements? by buying from you, are people helping you to not pay the people you owe money to in other threads? there were some interesting questions posed to you a number of times in a thread about you, perhaps you could break yourself away from your academic pursuits and your pursuit of randall ellis and answer those questions put before YOU.
just a thought
