More useless dribble from Mario
Rob, you violated a number of rules you have agreed to when registering. You also agree that we have the right to take the action we have chosen to take.
The material was easily within reason of being objectionable which gives us the right to remove it. We also find your post’s to be libelous in which falls under the category of slanderous. We also find it quite abusive and threatening. Deformation is a crime the United States. You agreed not to violate and applicable laws as well. We clearly pointed out in our Terms of Use that this may lead to you becoming immediately and permanently banned and that and your service provider being informed. We have notified AOL of your actions along with IP stamps and the time of your abuse here. You also agreed and gave us the right to take criminal and legal actions.
Along with violation of out TOU/Registration Agreement, you have violated our forum rules that have been posted as well. As a quick run down of our rules, you are in violation of rule numbers 2, 5, 6, 8, and 12.
If you would like to further dispute these violations, you may do so in an appropriate measure.

As to correct some of your childish and libel comments you have chosen the post in our shout box, I will now respond.

We have chosen a path that is much harder then what other sites have chosen. One where we do not find the cheap and easy way to gain visitors by allowing trolling, fighting, and deformation. We have chosen to create a forum based on ethics and integrity. And this has worked for us. Unfortunately, the competition finds it necessary to allow others to defame our name, and to even participate while attempting to quiet us. But I am not the only one that has been victimized. So I speak also collectively and for the community. This is a job that wasn’t necessarily chosen by me, but one due to my ethics and reputation I had to accept.
The community is tired of the abuse and illegal antics by certain members in our community. I have given the people a way to fight this. By public boycott.
This boycott allows members to not necessarily become victims because they can remain anonymous. They do not have to participate in the defending or attacking of others. They simply do not have to utilize the services of certain members or purchase products or reptiles of certain individuals. They do not have to purchase from the supporters or advertisers of certain sites without the fear of attack onto their name. This makes it easy for people to publicly make their message heard without much interaction. There are many other breeders members of the community can purchase from. Many other services people can use. This boycott will slowly eradicate the true criminals in this community.
Since you have obviously chosen unwisely to be proactive against this boycott, you may feel the heat.
Community resource sites like this one are not the enemy to the people, but the educators which keep you in business by public awareness. But since Fauna and its members chose to make us subject to attack, you have chosen to open the doors to liberation.
See people come here to find information. Something that helps them. I have not token money from them. But we asked upon the breeders who are making money to support sites like this. Instead we get attacked. Since these attacks are based solely on deception and deformation along with personal grievances, we are taking a stand.
Many people in this community do see through the BS portrayed my fauna and its staff. The rest will soon be educated. See one thing you people forgot to realize was I have seen these unethics and illegal action before. I have fought them and became victorious. Because I stand for the people and their rights. I have went from the underdog to the top gecko resource site in the matter of a few short months. This isn’t by accident. Unlike other sites were respect isn’t given but earned. I follow a different set of principles. Respect is given, not earned. People soon realize, they can come here and get respect. Even when I maybe wrong, I think they still realize I give them a level of respect. However, you do not want to break this respect. That’s when it needs to be earned back.
Steven Beckerman chose to violate the respect of a member here due to his grievances with me. I will not condone this. And I am punished my the same community I respected for many years by some of the most dominate figures in the community. I have done nothing but portrait things accurately and upfront. Their was an extreme lack of respect given to me right away before I could post my side of the situation and what was truly happening. And I have seen very little respect by anyone their. Like I said very little. It is nothing but and feeding ground from unethical and illegal activity. Maybe you should ask yourself why I still have all these members if I am such a horrible or unethical person that I have been falsely accused of and portrayed as.
One other thing is extremely apparent, as well. Fauna and the members will not stop their actions when feeling the heat. No, they try a public relations attempt at deception. They act as if they apologize for their actions and it is done with. But they still allow it to happen. They just try to mask it. It’s apparently they do feel the heat, but have no intention to end their actions. They will lie and do anything to cover it up and try to finger point. Even the boycott, they try to have someone someone and say oh ok you chose to stop good the boycott is over. No, the boycott has just begin. But its apparent its going to have to run fauna, its owners, and staff out of the industry. It’s painfully obvious they will only mask their operations and do and say too different things.
Feel the Heat, the public is now fighting back on the industries biggest con jobs.
