mossy frogs are the hardiest frogs
These are F1 Theloderma leprosum, from WC parents. Completely new blood to the hobby, which I'm very happy about. Pictures of adults (NFS) and froglets. I have 6 froglets available between 1-2 months old and more due to morph out by mid-January if you want to pre-order. If you ask for an adult female I will ignore you. Froglets are about 1" long at time of sale (top left pictured below). Adults get to be 2.75" long. They can be become voracious feeders if not fed regularly (every couple of days), so don't keep different sizes/ages together.
These are SUPER easy, and should be kept just like adults in a semi-aquatic environment. Fill a 10 gallon tank with 3" of water for froglets or a 20 gallon with 4" of water for older specimens. Put a dead leaf (Indian almond leaf) in the water to make it a little acidic/stop fungus. Keep room temperature. Frogs should never be kept above 75 degrees Fahrenheit. 4 inches of water, rocks + logs popping out the water for perching. They will spend 90% time in the water. A cork or wood bark background is also helpful for climbing, though they will stick to the glass. Though technically nocturnal like most tree frogs they are active during the day as well with reasonable shelter and environment. Care is identical to the more famous mossy frog T. corticale, they are slightly shorter, but more colorful. And more active/jumpy. Not as productive as T. corticale either.
